Kaanapali Royal är en vacker villa resort beläget på Royal Kaanapali Golf Course hem för Senior PGA Tournament. Den Kaanapali Royal, även om den ligger inom den berömda Kaanapali Beach Resort, ligger den tillbaka på golfbanan precis tillräckligt långt borta från de upptagna high rise resorts som lockar tusentals besökare. Du kan njuta av alla underbara funktioner i orten utan att bli överväldigad av folkmassorna. Vi tycker om att vara inbäddat i vårt eget lilla privata område men vi är nära nog att g�� den vackra vägen som leder genom båda golfbanorna direkt till den tre milen Kaanapali Beach. Samma stig är nästan ett rakt skott till Whalers Village, den största utomhus köpcentret på Maui. Du hittar mat i världsklass, levande underhållning, butiker tillsammans med nationella namnvaruhus, bekväm avslappnad middag och mycket mer.

Vattensportaktiviteter görs tillgängliga direkt vid stranden. Många av dina solnedgångskryssningar, katamaranresor alla avg��r direkt från Kaanapali Beach. Du kan inte slå vår plats!

Vår lägenhet har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet som vi alla har att förvänta oss när vi reser. Vi erbjuder gratis WiFi-service, Ipod doc, CD-spelare, stor platt-TV (Smart TV i vardagsrum och Roku Streamer i gästrum med Netflix konto), ett kök välutrustat för att rymma jämn festplanering. Bekvämligheten med din egen tvättmaskin / torktumlare, centrala AC och takfläktar.

Vi har bifogat vår utökade Lanai av gäst sovrummet som tillåter bara tillräckligt med utrymme för ett privat hörn att läsa eller ens om det behövs utrymme nog för en extra futon för ett litet barn. Våra befintliga sängar tillåter upp till 6 personer. Kung i befälhavaren, två tvillingar i gäst sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa.

Utomhusmatsal görs enkelt med vårt stora Lanai-bord med gott om sittplatser för 6-7 personer. Vi har en trevlig propangrill och en torr diskbänk utomhus för extra bekvämlighet. Du kan gå rakt ut lanai på ett vackert välskötta gräsmatta. Vi finns mycket nära poolen.

Golvplanen i vår lägenhet är ganska rymlig över 1900 kvadratmeter vilket ger gott om privatliv om du reser med en stor familj. Vårt förvaltningsbolag är mycket tillmötesg��ende, så tveka inte att utnyttja sina tjänster. Island aktiviteter, biluthyrning, eller assistera med speciella uthyrningsbehov, en spjälsäng kanske eller barnvagn för de små.

Vi introducerar vår lägenhet till hyresprogrammet och erbjuder nu enastående introduktionsvärden under en begränsad tid. Vi hoppas att du kommer att utnyttja och besöka ofta.

had all the things we needed - stocked kitchen, beach equipment was very helpful, getting to beach and Whaler's village was tricky if walking. Parking on site was extremely expensive-- ridiculous to not have a pass for visitors to use. shampoo/conditioner/soap was teeny tiny

Property very nice. Close to pool and jacuzzi. Played pickleball. View is beautiful. Lanai is great for evening sunset and anytime 15 minute walk to whalers village and the beach. There were 6 of us. Spacious and had everything you need. Pull out couch for 2 guests not comfortable(most are not). Felt bad they chose to sleep on the regular couch for 8 nights. Overall I highly recommend and would stay again.

Very spacious! There was plenty of room and even areas we did not use such as the front patio and a side room off the second bedroom. The master was large with a separate dressing area. The living room was very spacious as well. The location was a win for our teens with a ten minute walk to the beaches, snorkeling with turtles, black rock jumping, and Whaler’s Village shopping and dining. We were very pleased!

Great Family Holiday Option

This property was conveniently located a few minutes walk to Whalers Village and beaches while the complex has a variety of amenities (inc pool & BBQ) that we were able to easily access and use. This made it all very easy for our family (parents & three teenagers, 15 18 & 19) to come and go as we wanted. The property manager was very responsive and the check-in process very easy. The unit is as it appears in the photos and had all that we needed inc. beach accessories and towels. It was a great base for the handful of days we spent on the island.

Excellent location and space

This was our second stay at the Kaanapali Royal. The location is ideal for visiting the various beaches, black rock, Whaler's village, Lahaina, etc. We loved the layout of the condo, and having a large living room, kitchen, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms make staying here a no-brainer vs. staying at a hotel. We loved how we could access the pool by exiting from the porch.

Great location for family gathering

Great overall location for a family holiday gathering. Some hiccoughs with the check-in: information that was transmitted regarding gate code was incorrect; since we arrived late in the evening when property management office was closed, we called the "emergency #" as directed--no answer. Snuck in through the gate behind a car going in and clarified the gate code through the condominium association office the next morning. Property management company was surprised to learn it had changed. Next hiccough was a nonworking gas grill and then dishwasher. Property management replaced the grill quickly, but no functional dishwasher for our stay was disappointing, especially since we asked for and were denied a reasonable compensation. I recognize that we were traveling during the "high season" and that the taxes and fees included in the nightly rate were not received by the owner, but it would have been an act of good will to refund us a small amount for the inconvenience. (Maui is expensive and our budget including cooking in as much as possible, but we had planned on having a functional dishwasher). The positives (and there are many): this is a spacious condominium, comfortable for a family to have privacy and "together" time. The outdoor lanai overlooks a golf course, is a 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach with snorkeling and cliff jumping, and is just 50 yards from a meticulously maintained pool and hot tub. Everyone was able to do what they wanted when they wanted to. The condominium was comfortable , safe, and generally quiet. Would recommend for a family stay.

We had a wonderful visit in Hawaii. The location for this home is great. It was spacious for our family of 4. The bathrooms and appliances could be updated but overall it was a perfect place for our family vacation

Location is perfect for family

Family vacation with two adult sons.ovation is just a short walk to everything. Kitchen was great for breakfast daily. . Lanai is beautiful. We grilled by the pool one night. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Kaanapali Royal L-101

The unit was spacious, full of light, and the judge lanai was wonderful for us to sit and eat our meals while we looked at the golf course and beyond. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a family

Golf Course Condo

Very nice place and great location on the Kaanapali golf course next to the pool, quiet, relaxing. A short walk to the beach and shops. A little outdated and some rugs and furniture are mild-moderately worn. Parking fees not included and not clearly communicated prior to booking, $20/day. Otherwise, staff and management were wonderful and accommodating.

A little disappointed

Location was great. When we arrived Air conditioning was not working. Called desk. They had repair guy out and said unit needed to be replaced but wouldn’t be done before we left. They brought in 2 portable AC units. Took the edge off for sleeping. Everything else was great. Was rough not having AC in peak summer.

Loved this condo! Located in a quiet, peaceful area but close enough to get to beaches and Whaler’s Village. The condo was so comfortable, spacious and beautiful. Loved the lanai.

Beautiful Condo close to Kaanapali beach

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this condo. The set up of the condo is very nice. Spacious master bedroom. Two twin beds in guest bedroom are comfortable but mattresses are a bit firm. Bathrooms are spacious and nice. The location of the condo is not far from public beach parking near the Westin and Whaler's shopping center.

Ideal location, clean unit, perfect stay
