The house was spacious and well stocked for all of our needs. We hardly saw the grandkids as they were either in the basement playing games or out in the pool. I think you could talk to the lawn service about blowing off the walkway between the pool and house after mowing. They left a lot of grass on it and it got tracked into both the house and pool.. otherwise we had a great time.

We had such a wonderful stay in Cosby! This was our semiannual family trip with our family of 14, including four young grandchildren, and this property was the perfect place to spend time together and make special memories.The home was incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling crowded, which isn’t always easy to find for a family our size.The outdoor space was one of the highlights of our trip. We gathered around the firepit every evening, which quickly became a favorite part of our days. The covered pool was also wonderful and gave both the kids and adults another great place to relax and have fun together.The property itself is beautiful! The peaceful mountain setting and gorgeous scenery made it feel like a true Smoky Mountain getaway. We even took our family pictures on the property, and the scenery made an amazing backdrop.We loved the peaceful Cosby location while still being close to Gatlinburg, scenic drives, hiking, and everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer.Between evenings by the fire, time at the pool, the beautiful surroundings, and simply being together, we made memories we’ll treasure for years. We were genuinely sad to leave and would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was a great size for our family, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during the trip. The pool and pool cover were awesome and definitely one of the highlights for us.We’ve stayed in quite a few handicap accessible houses over the years, and this one honestly worked the best overall for our needs. A built-in shower chair and grab bars in the shower would’ve made it even better, but we were really happy with the setup.The setting was beautiful, and having the candy store and fruit market right across the road was such a fun bonus for both the kids and adults. They were also very responsive when we reached out about towels, which we appreciated.There were a few minor repair issues here and there, but nothing that ruined the stay. Overall we had a really good experience.
