Welcome to Terrace Flat 109!
Centrally located in Columbus, Ohio, this unique flat is located in the charming Olentangy Terrace apartment building. The newly renovated flat is an open floor plan with hardwood floors, breakfast bar with seating for two, all the kitchen essentials, and a dining area with seating for four.
The bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, 40" TV, and closet. Just down the hall, you'll find the chic full bathroom and linen closet. Indulge in your favorite shows and movies on the 50" TV while relaxing on the spacious sectional in the living room.
You’ll be minutes from downtown Columbus, the Short North Arts and University district, parks, theaters, coffee shops, popular restaurants/ diners, and several other downtown Columbus landmarks! Enjoy the convenience of quick access to major highways such as I-315, I-71, I-23, I-270, I-670.
The building itself is located right off I-315/ Olentangy highway. Upon arriving at Olentangy Terrace, guests can park in the open lot. You will see an exposed brick front entrance with white pillars and pendant lights. A code will be required to enter the building. The mail room will be behind the first set of doors. The second door brings you into the foyer. From here, take the stairs to the second floor - Door 109 will be on the right. We will provide a keypad code for seamless entry.
Amenities: The building is complete with a 24/7 coin laundry facility and waiting room with full coffee bar, 24/7 fitness center, and secure package room.
Professional Cleaners: Our professional cleaners do an amazing job at thoroughly deep cleaning the home to ensure that it’s sparkling clean and sanitized for you. To help ensure that they’re able to finish between stays, we ask that your celebrations in the home don’t involve glitter or confetti. Thank you!
Communication: We're committed to providing excellent service and are available for any questions or assistance during your stay. Guests will be well informed of all necessary information prior to check in through in app messaging. We pride ourselves in our communication! Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and expect a quick response!
*Furry Friends: Pets are allowed with approval of the host and with a $200 fee per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and a $500 fine and collection if necessary.*
*Midstay Cleans Required: A monthly cleaning is required to help maintain the home's condition and extend the life of its contents. The $100 cleaning fee will be included with your rent payment on the 1st of each month. We’ll coordinate a recurring cleaning date that works for both you and the cleaners upon finalizing your reservation. Your presence is not required.*

SUMMARY
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
