Om boendet
2 Living Rooms, PlayStation Game System, Multiple Sleeping Areas, Pet Friendly!
This home has been a true labor of love for my husband and me. We remodeled it with care, choosing quality furniture, solid wood and iron beds, and commissioning one-of-a-kind artwork to make it feel both welcoming and unique. As a big family ourselves, we designed the space to comfortably host larger families and groups who want to gather, relax, and feel at home at an affordable price point.
Plenty of Space to Spread Out – With two living rooms, there’s room for everyone. One is perfect for cozy evenings, while the second has a PlayStation gaming system, a queen sleeper sofa, and a custom twin-over-twin trundle designed to look like a couch—ideal for kids or extra guests.
Events are permitted for up to 20 people total, with prior approval and applicable event fees. Please inquire for more details.
Comfortable Bedrooms – The king bed is a heavy wrought-iron frame, the queen is solid wood, and the twin beds are from Pottery Barn—sturdy and built to last. Every detail was chosen for comfort and quality.
Fully Stocked Kitchen – We’ve made sure the kitchen has everything you’ll need, including Fiesta dishes, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig for those who like options.
Family Friendly – For families traveling with little ones, we’ve included a playpen/sleeper, high chair, and pac-and-play.
Unique Touches – From the custom furniture pieces to the artwork throughout, this home feels personal, warm, and one-of-a-kind.
Outdoor Fun – The backyard is a true retreat with a covered patio, smoker BBQ pit, custom fire pit, patio furniture, and outdoor lighting—perfect for evenings under the Texas sky.
Convenient Location – Just off Highway 6, you’ll be minutes from Texas A&M University, Blinn College, Kroger, Target, restaurants, and shopping.
This home isn’t just a rental—it’s a thoughtfully designed space that we’ve poured our hearts into, so your family can make lasting memories just like ours.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property.

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay in this house. The house was clean and provided plenty of room for us to gather, eat, and watch football games. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We plan on staying here again.

Forget the hotels, stay here for your A&M Adventures
Great place to stay for any A&M / Bryan events, plenty of space, nicely decorated, close to A&M University, Bryan, game shuttles, restaurants, etc. Don't waste your money on hotels, stay here.

Great stay in Aggieland!
I’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and this one is one of the best! Every detail was thought of for our comfort and convenience, and the location was perfect for the multiple trips we made back and forth to A&M! I would definitely stay again!

Aggieland Vacation Rentals är värd
There is so much to LOVE about being a host! Creating the perfect “Home-Away-From-Home” experience has been such a joy.
My name is Kathy Scott, and my family has called the Brazos Valley home for five generations. My husband, Neil, and I are grateful to serve our community as local business owners. We are local short-term rental property owners and are hands-on in managing our properties. I’m also a real estate broker and designer. I’ve built a career around managing properties and creating positive experiences for our guests and for the homeowners who trust us to share their beautiful homes with our community through short-term rentals.
Hosting combines everything I love: designing welcoming spaces, connecting with people from all over, and sharing the community we’ve cherished for more than 20 years together as a couple, and for most of my life. What I enjoy most is helping guests connect with family, with friends, and with our Aggieland community. Seeing people relax, make memories together, and feel truly at home brings me so much joy.
