A highlight of every stay is exclusive access to the private bay-front homeowners' beach, which stretches along the bayside of the neighborhood and offers plenty of space to lounge in the sun, wade in the water, or relax under the waterfront tiki huts.

The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are connected by a jack-and-jill style bathroom, each with its own vanity and toilet, and a shared shower. One guest room is furnished with a queen bed, while the other includes two queen beds. Just off the kitchen and living room, an expansive porch with cozy patio furniture provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

While the property has a dock, please note that the owners keep their boat on the lift, so dockage is not included in the rental. Small boats may be accommodated depending on size. Renters have access to the HOA boat ramp for day use, offering a convenient alternative. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the provided kayaks and paddle boards.
