This property includes a room with recreational exercise equipment. By booking this property, you acknowledge the following:
- Use of exercise equipment is limited to registered guests 18 years and older.
- No supervision, instruction, or spotting is provided.
- Guest use of the equipment is at guestâs own risk.
- Guest assumes all responsibility for inspecting and using the exercise equipment.
- Guest has no medical conditions that could be aggravated by use of exercise equipment.
- Host and the homeowner are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from guest use of exercise equipment.
- Exercise equipment must not be tampered with, and any damage, defect, or malfunction must be reported to Host immediately.
- No exercise equipment is allowed to be used by guest while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge, agree to and accept these terms. A detailed Exercise Equipment General Release and Waiver will be provided at the time of booking.
MINIMUM AGE IS 24
Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash.
* Trash Collection Days: Monday & Thursday mornings at 6AM.
* Recycling is Monday at 6AM.
* If pickup happens during your reservation, please return the bins to the house after collection. Leaving them out could result in a fine from Public Works that you'll need to cover, along with any associated charges.
Pool Cleaning occurs every Tuesday.
PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in.
Guest will be charged an additional fee of $250 for smoking in the house.
For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.
SWIMMING POOL LIABILITY WAIVER BY GUEST. By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no broken glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUESTâS FAMILY (IF ANY), GUESTâS PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUESTâS STAY AT THE PROPERTY.
