Welcome to your relaxing golf getaway!
Right by MyrtleWood Golf Course.
GREAT LOCATION!! At the heart of it all!! 5 minutes from the beach!
** Third floor!! Must climb stairs!
You might need a car to get around but everything is minutes away. The Beach, SkyWheel, Broadway at the beach, Wax Museum, Myrtle Waves, tons of golf, the beach, restaurants and parks are all within 10 minutes.
**My guests get discounts at Myrtlewood and World Tour Golf so be sure to let me know if interested.
Vaulted ceilings, charming decor, and comfortable furnishings. This two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is sure to please.
2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin XL beds (the XL means they are longer, for adult size)
The master bedroom beds can be pushed together to make a king bed (we provide the sheets and divider so you could make the switch). Master bedroom has a walk in closet, large window, smart TV and private bath
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet and access to a full bath. This full bath can also be accessed from the living room.
Enclosed balcony with a comfortable seating area.

*Towels are provided for showers only. Please donât take towels to pool or beach.
We supply blue striped beach towels to use at the pool/beach. âșïž
Age restrictionâs:
I do not have an age restriction. Rules are the same for all guests. No parties or large gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course respect my place.
Babies:
I have a portable crib with bassinet. If youâd like me to set it up for you, please let me know at booking or at least 3 days before arrival.

You'll receive keycode to access condo 3 days prior to check in. Can be found at the top of your guest portal.
KEURIG coffee machine:
Make sure there is fresh water in the water compartment. Open the pod door and place a pod inside.
Close door and press power button.
Machine will start to preheat.
Flashing blue lights say itâs almost ready
A steady blue light means itâs ready to brew.
Pool:
Pathway to pool is located on right side of building. Pool Fob & pool wristbands are on a ring located in the welcome basket. Use pool fob to get into pool. You do not have to wear the wristbands just have it with your personal belongings.
For your safety a fire extinguisher is found under the kitchen sink.
Also supplied: first aid kit, flashlight, scissors and hand sanitizer.
Garbage:
I have left several garbage bags for your use. Please remove the bagged garbage from the apartment and place in any of the big green garbage bins. Garbage Bins are located across the street to the left.
Beach items:
On the patio, Iâve supplied several beach items for your enjoyment.
Several adult size beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mat, umbrella with sand stand, beach towels, and beach mat.
These are yours to use and take to the beach. Please wipe off sand prior to returning them to condo. I supply beach towels, please donât take bath towels to the beach.
** absolutely no glitter allowed. $500 fine.
AT CHECKOUT :
1. Place used towels in a pile.
2. all dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you leave.
3. Remove all open food from fridge and throw out all the trash.
** itâs a shame to waste, so if you have unopened items you donât want to take, you may leave them for the next guest if youâd like.
I tried to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Please love and respect my place as of it was your own. If thereâs anything you might need just shoot me a text and Iâll try and make it right.
