Den idylliska miljön i detta spektakulära, ståtliga hem i den pittoreska byn East Quogue gör det perfekt för bröllop, familjeåterförening, företagsevenemang eller bara en lugn tillflyktsort långt från folkmassorna.

Fastigheten ligger på en vacker tunnland som är perfekt för promenader på eftermiddagen och med enkel tillgång till alla bekvämligheter som erbjuds av Hamptons inklusive stränder, golfbanor, restauranger och nattliv.

I slutet av dagen väntar en varm pool / bastu i den spredande gården. Idealiskt beläget bara en kort bilresa till byns charmiga huvudgata och flera stränder.

Sju sovrum - varav fem är möblerade i elegant stil med eget badrum. En och en halv timmes bilresa från Manhattan. Fem min. till tågstationen. Det finns inget annat hem som det.

We just got back from a week at this property and can’t say enough good things. We had 7 adults and 5 kids so we appreciated two big dining tables - one inside and one outside on the deck. We had plenty of space, used the kitchen a lot, which was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, etc. we needed, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful pool. The house is in a great location, close to beaches and a lot of great restaurants. Matteo, the owner, gave us a quick overview of the house and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic trip!

Vacay

The property was exactly as advertised and Mateo was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. The bedrooms were very large and the common areas easily accommodated our large group. We had a wonderful time and would visit here again.

Matteo was great to work with. He met us at the house for the initial walk through and was always available by text. The week at the house was comfortable for a group of 11, all needs were met. Kitchen was well equipped. The furniture in the house was fine but seemed either to have been there from a long time ago or gathered together from an estate sale. It all served well our purposes but wasn't what you think of as a Hamptons house. Again let me stress it all served us well. Plenty to entertain and the pool, hot tub and spa were great. Highly recommend for a family. Location was good for trips to both forks if desired. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the Hampton Bay area. We had a good week.

Great house for large groups

We had 12 people ranging from one year to 75 years old and the house was perfect. Lots of bedrooms, tons of towels, two grills, two hot tubs and warm swimming pool. Matteo was wonderfully responsive! We had a fabulous family vacation!

Great Weekend ! Even better service/assistance !

I stayed in this home with 13 of my friends for a birthday weekend and I must say - we will definitely be back here again ! Aside from the house itself being absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious, and super neat (the pictures don't begin to cover it), Matteo was extremely helpful, lenient, and easy to work with in every and any situation. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this place for families or friends looking for a weekend getaway !

Great home for extended family

Our extended family had a wonderful time at this home. It was especially great to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms - made it very comfortable to be together and to have privacy. Matteo was very responsive . Only negatives was that some items were not available - the 2nd hot tub was not working. The pool was terrific but the waterfall was not really available.

I appreciate and am grateful for this review. I was alerted that a can opener was not found in the kitchen and one was delivered the next day. I am not aware of any other item not available, but we have a "whatever the guest needs/wants policy" so I am always happy to provide whatever is missing or needed ASAP. The waterfall is working fine and is available, however, it is a rock waterfall that draws water from the pool and splashes a lot so if used > 2.5 hrs we recommend leaving the hose running in it to offset draining below the water table in the skimmer boxes (otherwise waterfall pump will shut off requiring a service call to prime it). This is respectfully submitted to add context. Matteo

Great family retreat

15 of us stayed here for a week over July 16th. The house was very accommodating for our family. There was plenty of room for our six vehicles in the driveway, we did have to do some shuffling of the cars. The host, Matteo the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The picture of the front property should be updated to reflect the current condition. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Hampton’s Reunion

Pluses: Space was perfect. Loved having 2 grills. Minuses: Master bath shower soap holder was so rusty I had rust all over my soap and body. Ants in the master bathroom No lighting over makeup section in master bathroom defeats the purpose No knowledge of what was there vs what we had to buy - like laundry detergent, etc. which for a weekend created extra trips to the grocery store. Everyone was happy being together and it served its purpose.

Perfect for a large family. Very nice layout and very nice pool area. Matteo was extremely helpful in making sure everything went as planned. Would rent again.

Best host ever!

Matteo was an amazing host making sure that we had everything we needed. The house is perfect for a large gathering with plenty of room for all the guests. We were 11 senior citizens that shared all the bedrooms. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy each other’s company. If I could make one observation to help improve the listing, it would be that it could use a little TLC. It would need just a little to make it perfect

Huge House, Great location

This house was perfect for a group of 9. Matteo made the experience that more enjoyable. I texted him several times prior to our stay and he helped out in every situation. House had everything we needed and a quick car ride to everything we needed.

Very Enjoyable time

The house is extremely large and has good flow. We had 4 couples and one solo adult. Everyone had their own private bathroom in their room which is a great plus. The living area was great for eating, playing games, and conversation. The kitchen was large enough to have several people in the same area. We used both refrigerators. The gaming rooms including the pool table was put to good use. The outdoor pool is fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool. There are two hot tubs and two BBQs. Outdoor seating and eating area was large enough for our group. We went bike riding around the neighborhood. Overall great experience. The house could use a little TLC. Matteo the property manager was very responsive.

Family Reunion

We had a family memorial weekend at this location and it exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing. The photos do not fully represent how beautiful and large this home truly is. Do not hesitate to rent this home. The manager Mateo is extremely helpful and very easy to get in touch with. The pool, hot tub and entire back deck was just a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

For summer getaways in the Hamptons one of the most important things I feel any property manager must address is the constant attention to the cleanliness of the pool and the house.
sheets/linens/comforters. We are adding all brand new linens and comforters this year before Memorial Day Weekend and laundry is done before you arrive and after you leave.
