Lägenheten ligger på bottenvåningen i vårt hem. Vi lever på övervåningen om du behöver något; men du kommer att ha fullständig integritet under din vistelse. Det finns en queen size-säng i sovrummet. I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa i full storlek. Två rulla barnsängar finns också. Lägenheten ligger i ett säkert och vänligt område. Vi har gott om uppfartsparkering. Njut av Wi-Fi, massor av kabelkanaler och en Wii för barnen. Barn och icke-aggressiva husdjur är välkomna.

Patterson Knob är i södra delen av Nashville. En hyrbil rekommenderas. Det är en lätt bilresa till centrum och lokala hotspots. Vi är 11 miles från centrala Broadway (genomsnittliga Uber-enheten är $ 15) och 8 miles från flygplatsen. Att bo på en kulle är en utmaning för vandrare men utsikten är vacker.

Wonderful peaceful stay

We came to town for a family funeral. This was the perfect fit for us. We could come back to the apartment and have a quiet evening. Our dog came with, and was welcomed by the homeowners. It was such a nice retreat, we would definitely stay again.

Comfy apartment in a convenient location

Nice apartment on a quiet hilltop about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Plenty of restaurants close by. Great hosts!

Short stay with pet

This stay was exactly as described. Owners were very accomodating, to meet our needs and needs of pet. Made everything super easy. No "To do list" before checking out which was much appreciated. Perfect for our short trip to Nashville with our dog.

Would stay again

The place is good for 2-3 adults max. Just know that the only bathroom is in the only bedroom, so be aware of that if you have an extra guest. Also, no access to the backyard, but that was ok for our group. The place was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

Comfortable Place

I loved this place. The only thing that I did not like was the Sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable, I could feel all the metals in my back and I was not able to sleep very well. Other than that , the place is very good for a family.

I would definitely stay here again if I were in the Nashville area! The apartment was cute and tidy! The hosts allow you complete privacy to come and go as you please, but are quick to answer any questions/concerns that you may have! It’s a convenient distance from downtown Nashville, so you can spend all day in the city but come back to a quiet neighborhood for the night! I would definitely recommend this spot to future short term renters!

Everything you need!

Friendly hosts, clean apartment, simple check in/out. The apartment has EVERYTHING you may need which was a nice change from other rentals. Our kids and dogs were right at home. Not far from the city, but away from the craziness of downtown. You can hear the airplanes taking off, but we got used to it pretty quickly and didn’t even notice after the first day.

Awesome stay!

We arrived a little early but the apartment was already ready so we were able to go ahead and check in. The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed, my teens loved all the books and games. We even had a family wii night when the weather was bad one night! The location was perfect, everything we had planned was only a short drive. The apartment is not too far from downtown but far enough that it's quiet and peaceful at night. We will definitely check with you guys first when we come back to Nashville. Thanks for a great trip!!

Well stocked and clean

The apartment was clean and was fully stocked with snacks and toiletries. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Plenty of bedding and clean towels. We stayed 3 nights. The first two were great! The last night the dog did bark for several hours. I would suggest bringing a white noise / sound machine to block out the noise.

Perfect Stay in Nashville

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for the Predators game, just outside the hustle and bustle of Nashville. The rental had everything we needed and more. Our dogs and cat loved the space, and Millie, their dog, was a treat to meet. We will always book here when going to Nashville. Highly recommend!

Scott was born in Nashville. If you have a few hours, he will tell you where all the Civil War battle sites are and where dirt roads used to be that are now freeways. Elaine moved to Nashville in 1994. We met in the singles class at church and married 17 years ago. We live upstairs but will give you complete privacy during your stay. We are only a text or a knock on the door away if you need anything at all. We have 2 dogs; so beware if you have pet allergies.

Scott is a cellular engineer and a ham radio operator so living on a hill is where he wants to be. From our home we can see downtown Nashville 10 miles away and Short Mountain 40 miles away. We are 7 miles from great shopping at Cool Springs Galleria and 7.6 miles from upscale The Mall at Green Hills.
