We firmly do not allow parties or events at this property, disregarding this rule will be incurred in penalty of 1000 dollars and immediately evacuation from the property.

* also please note that you will be charge 100.00 dollars for every extra guest that you bring to stay with you that was not part of your five people listed in your booking.

If ozone treatment is needed after checking out you will be change extra for company service.
