Located in Honolulu Tower, this 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium corner unit with garage parking for 2 cars is located in a 41-story high-rise and offers proximity to Honolulu businesses, Hawaii Pacific University, Multiple Hospitals and Elementary schools, Honolulu Harbor,Chinatown, Foster Botanic Garden, and an array of shopping, dining, and nightlife venues. You are also just minutes away from the dynamic urban island community of Kaka'ako which offers even more to see and do, in a neighborhood of vibrant street art and culture.
In our secure and private garage, you'll have your own designated ground level
2 parking spaces with room for a moped or motorcycle tool ; not to mention the peace of mind knowing you'll be staying in a

Our condo features floor-to-ceiling glass windows with newly installed (January 2024) automated remote controlled blinds in all rooms , 2 lanais connecting different rooms, and breathtaking panoramic views. Gorgeous nightly sunsets over Honolulu Harbor are an added bonus!
This 26th floor corner unit features three loveky bedrooms for your use. The large master suite has a king size bed with storage , two night stands, and is outfitted with sheets, comforter, blankets, and pillows. There are dimmers for each bedside lamp to set to your preferred liking as well as convenience. There is a work/sewing desk and chair. The second bedroom offers a new queen bed with storage and is outfitted with sheets, comforter, blankets, and pillows and matching nightstand and dresser. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed with storage, two nightstands also with a dimmer switch on the bedside lamp. There are also additional linens available for your use for all bedrooms. All bedrooms have mirrored closets with plenty of built in shelves to hang and store your personal belongings.
Master bedroom is en-suite and boasts its own full size private bathroom complete with bath towels and pool/beach towels, basic toiletries, and Japanese bidet toilet for an additional touch of luxury during your stay with us. The second bathroom has a walk in shower and is ADA compliant and also has a Japanese bidet toilet.
We know you'll love the ease and convenience of our bright and modern
kitchen. It is stocked with a full size refrigerator, with filtered water, new dishwasher, glass stove top and oven, coffee maker, air fryer, blender microwave, rice cooker, utensils, dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, spices, and more! Everything you may need to feel right at home.
Our spacious living area has stunning floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous arbor, city, and
mountain views, along with a sectional sofa, coffee table, and 65 inch smart TV. There is a sound bar and two subwoofer sound speakers for your listening enhancement.
The unit also features remote controlled ceiling fans and remote controlled A/C units in all bedrooms and the living room. New automated remote controlled window blinds along with brand new flooring throughout our condo are also recently added features.
There is a large washer and dryer side by side in the unit for your convenience!
And you'll stay connected with our wifi and high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or leisure.
The lobby is airy and nicely appointed with secured fob entry to enter parking and all three entrances to the building, keyless pad entry for the condo, security cameras, as well as a 24 hour manned watch desk.
A seating area, mail room and resident manager's office are located within the
main lobby. There are three fob activated elevators for our guests to access our
apartment. There is a pool, a jacuzzi, 6 private gas BBQ pits with their own seating, and an outdoor library surround by a lush tropical trees and flowers. The dog park is on property and furnishes poop bags for your convenience.
Rent is $5100First and last month's rent at signing, plus $5100security deposit. Owner pays for water, trash, electricity, wifi. Absolutely no smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no loud parties. Rent includes parking for 2 cars. Small dog up to 25 pounds is ok. Max 3 -4 people. Absolutely no subletting. $100 registration fee is to be paid to Honolulu Office. Tenants must abide by Honolulu Towers rules and regulations. FLEXIBLE LEASE WITH 90 day minimum rental period.
