Great spot near Folley Beach

We had a delightful stay here. The owners communication was excellent. Easy access. The house had everything we needed. Loved the deck and backyard. Our pup was very happy…the walk to a gorgeous beach was 2-3 minutes tops. Great location. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Wonderful Beach House

Perfect spot for beach activities and family gathering. This house accommodated our extended family including an infant and dog. Plenty of space for everyone including fabulous oversized deck. The heated pool and hot tub were a real treat. 2 minute walk to beach! Well stocked kitchen. Loads for fresh towels. Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were exceptionally accommodating to some of special needs. Highly recommend this charming home. Hope to return again!

Excellent!

Home is nicely remodeled, in a nice neighborhood. There’s a short walk to the beach and it’s convenient to restaurants and shopping. We loved hanging out and relaxing in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful Property and Location

We (myself, husband and dog) enjoyed our stay for the month of February. A huge plus was the very short walk to the beach that is dog friendly. The whole neighborhood was a great place for walking with our dog. The house was larger than we needed so we spent our time on the main floor that had very a comfortable king bed and furniture. We also spent quite a bit of time on the very large deck. The enclosed pool area is nicely landscaped. There are several grocery stores nearby (Publix and Krogers) along with restaurants and cafes (and many were dog friendly - check out our reviews on the Bring Fido app if you are traveling with your pup). The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will be returning.

Great for a family

Just What We Wanted!

We were so pleased with our stay in Hilton Head! We were meeting family for Thanksgiving and wanted a place that had it all and was near it all. This was it! We appreciated the owners’ suggestions for restaurants and bike rentals. We joined many for the Turtle Trot and cooked a traditional dinner afterwards. The walk to the beach was so close and easy and the comforts of the home appreciated. If we return to HHI, we will stay again!

Back for our second time!

We enjoyed the house so much the first year we decided to come back. This year did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, splashed in the pool and just a very short stroll to the beach. We will be returning!

Great week at Folly Field

Defining feature is the proximity and easy access to the beach. Spacious, not fancy, indoor and outdoor areas, which was perfect for our group of 5 and 2 dogs. Pet friendly property and neighborhood. Will be back.

Nice house for multiple ages!

Wonderful house in Folly Field Beach area

This house was perfect for our family. It was well equipped with a new gas grill and pool, hot tub, washer/dryer etc. Convenient to get to the beach as well as grocery shopping, restaurants etc. The owners were very responsive and helped us with questions on how to heat the pool and hot tub and how to use the new TVs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was one of the best pet-friendly homes we jace rented as the entire backyard had secure fencing and the deck had a gate on it too.

all the comforts of home!

we were very pleased to have spent the weekend in this house. we had 2 families sharing the house and the floor plan worked fabulously for all! great common space for all to hang out together and separate bedrooms to give people their own space! full kitchen upstairs, wet bar with full size refrigerator downstairs, laundry downstairs and coffee makers on both levels came in handy during our stay! on top of that, they have a separate bin for recycling!!! we will definitely keep this house in mind on future trips to hilton head!

Great Location, Great Property

Here's why this was great: 1. proximity to the beach was great, 4 house walk to the private beach path. and the beach was beautiful! 2. the private pool was perfect for our family. so nice to be able to put dinner in the oven and go downstairs and sit by the pool. pool was smaller, but it worked for our young kid. bunch of pool toys too. 3. property was awesome! great bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of towels, it wasn't decorated with the beach kitsch. it was nice. lots of games, books, and puzzles, comfy couches, enough space. it was everything we needed. 4. the check in/out process was super easy. no hoops to jump through just an email with all the necessary info. seamless. Thank you! We'll definitely stay again.

2 brothers, 2 sister in laws, 4 cousins and a dog

This was our second time staying at this property. We loved the new updates to the home and everything was just as we remembered......perfect! Short walk to the beach, perfect home for 2 families to share, shaded pool for young children and and added bonus of 2 full size refrigerators! We love this home and the owner is great to work with. If I had to say something negative it would be that you cannot lower the thermostat below 69. Normally that is a comfortable temperature but it seemed warmer than normal given the extremely hot week; however, it is understandable why the owners “locked” the thermostat. Perhaps a suggestion would be to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Otherwise it is a great property and we will book again!

Perfectly pleasant and Beautiful

Homeowner is kind, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. Each bathroom is beautifully renovated as well as both kitchens. This home is perfect for family vacations as well as a couples getaway. The property is fenced and private. Everything you require for a home away from home is included. The home is perfect and cozy truly a home away from home. Great space and layout for multiple families

We enjoyed the Layout of the house as the two larger rooms were great for two of our families that had small children and pack and plays. Walk to the beach was super easy and the pool although on the smaller side was great for our little kids. The only disappointment we had was how awful the mosquitoes were, to the point that we didn’t use the pool and porch as much as we would have liked because we were all getting some many bites. We even purchased candles and thermacells and it still didn’t seem to help. All and all property was great and communication with our host was very easy.

Great Property & Location

We found this place excellent and lots of room to have additional friends or family. It was dog friendly and easy for our puppy. The beach however has restricted hours for dogs so we were only able to enjoy the beach before 10am and after 5 pm. That changes after Labor Day so next rentals with dogs should be good for beach fun. The pool is small but big enough to cool off in. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans. As with almost all rentals, getting good quality nonstick pans is an issue. It’s always a challenge he for those who prefer to cook rather than go out. We had all the comforts of home and felt comfortable and safe in the area. Quiet and as the listing says a short 2 min walk to the beach! Overall a great stay.
