Important Information
Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: 16:00 (Early check-in may be possible with an added fee or by booking the night prior to arrival)
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM (Late check-out available subject to availability and may include a fee)
• Luggage Storage: Complimentary luggage storage is available for up to 12 hours before check-in or after check-out. Additional storage beyond 12 hours will incur a €10 daily charge.

Identification Required
Upon check-in, guests must present valid, government-issued photo identification matching the booking name. Accepted forms: Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License.

House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Damages or issues should be reported promptly. Charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.
• Smoking: The apartment is a strictly non-smoking environment. Violations incur a €200 fine.
• No Parties: Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Breaches will result in a €200 fine and possible eviction without refund.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless written permission is granted. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee apply.
• Lost Keys: A fee of €200 applies for key replacements.
• Waste Disposal: Guests must sort waste properly using designated bins or provided purple bags as outlined in the apartment’s welcome information.

Additional Policies
• Maintenance & Repairs: Guests should report any issues immediately. Maintenance is prioritized based on urgency.
• Reservation Changes: The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings under specific circumstances, including suspected fraud or booking errors.
• Complaint Resolution: Formal complaints should be submitted in writing via email. The provider will strive for a prompt resolution and may offer service credits or partial refunds if needed.
• Utilities: Included in your stay, though guests are encouraged to practice energy conservation.
• Access to Apartment: Staff may access the unit for inspections, cleaning, or emergencies. Guests will be notified when possible.
• Damage Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including soiled mattresses or damaged appliances. The cost of repairs and income lost from future bookings may be charged.
