The house was a dream. Our group couldn’t stop talking about it. From the welcome foot rubs and margs to the breathtaking view…we were in awe. The house was just perfect. Getting there is a trip up to the top of the mountain but worth it when you arrive. Each morning, an amazing breakfast was prepared and the presentation was as good as the taste. We did not have other meals cooked for us but it is an option and we will try that next time. 20 of us fit comfortably. The pics are accurate but the actual was much better than expected.

The house is incredible! Hostess amazingly responsive and helpful and willing to fix any issues. The house attendant does an amazing job ninja style. Highly recommend and full 5 stars but I will share thoughts (that have been shared with hostess who I am sure will address what she can) that do not change my rating:1) 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside2) it is a long ride from the gate3) tons of moths and crickets - crickets not sure how they got into the house/rooms4) cannot control hot tub (temp and jets)5) would have been nice if someone greeted us to give us a tour of the houseOverall insanely beautiful home and high customer service from hostess so highly recommend and would go back no question.

Hello Andrew, Thank you very much for shering your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the villa and our team´s pront attention thoughout your stay. I would, however, like to clarify a few on the points you mentioned, just to ensure future guests have accurate information. Regarding the two guest rooms with exterior access: yes, they are designed that way intentionally. These suites are completely private and independent, which is exactly why so many guests love them - they offer comfort, privacy, and beutiful views, all while being part of the main property. As for the distance from the gate, Villa Di Mare is located in Pedregal Heights, the most elevated and exclusive part of the community. Being. at the very Top of the mountain. is what gives the Villa its extraordinary panoramic views. Naturally, this means it is farther from the gate, but that is part of wath makes the experience so unique and serene. About the "ton of moths and crickets", the area does not have that issue, and our team did not observe anything out the ordinary during your stay. Pedregal is a natural mountainside environment, but we take great care with maintenance and pest control to ensure the home remains comfortable at all the times. Regarding the Hot Tub control: The system is operated though a laptop that is handled by the Property Manager. It is always programmed accordng to the times the guest requests, so the hot tub is ready and heated exactly when scheduled. There is no limitations as long as we receive the preferred times. Finally, about the arrival: you informed us in advance that your private chef and persona staff would be receiving you, so we did not conduct our usual weelcome tour to respect your preference. We did, however,, provide Chef Antonio with a full walkthough of the entire villa prior to your arrival to ensure everything was perfectly prepared for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we´re glad you enjoyed the home and its service overall. Warm regards, Marilu
