Our stay at Surf Shack was so perfect for my husband and I for our visit to Tofino. Across a small road from a beautiful beach , perfect for long walks, and a close drive to town. The cottage was cute, roomy and very private. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped with all the necessities.Private backyard patio with hot tub, a bonus ( although we didn’t use it). Very nice feature though! Met Barb our host as we were leaving and enjoyed chatting with her. Would highly recommend! Her dinner and lunch suggestions were very helpful. Loved lunch at Surfside grill and dinner at Shelter! Cool spot.

Perfect Location

My wife and I loved the cozy cabin for our stay in Tofino. The proximity to Chesterman beach was ideal, especially in the unpredictably rainy season. The Hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring in the rain.

Perfect base to explore Tofino!

Stayed 4 nights at the Surf Shack; could have easily have stayed longer. The grounds were beautiful and the beach access extremely close. Also, the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day after hiking, kayaking, and exploring!

Fantastic stay at the Surf Shack

A lovely property, provided all the essentials, clean and comfortable, perfect for the beach, literally a 3 minute walk to the sand and sea, and a great private garden for the evening.

Surf Shack was GREAT!

What an amazing place to stay! Seconds from the beach, hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking, super cute shack perfect for 2, clean with "everything" you could ever need! Will definitely stay there again when we return to Tofino!

Surf Shack

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Shack. It is just steps from access to Chesterman Beach and ten minutes from the town of Tofino. The shack was anything but, in fact a nice cottage that was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the tot tub. We recommend the Surf Shack.

Beautiful intimate place minutes to the beach!

Had a very lovely time at the surf shack, equipped with everything you need to decompress, great bathroom products and atmosphere. Would recommend staying here and plan on coming back.

Great spot!

Great location just steps from the beach. The surf shack was spotless and very spacious for 2 adults. I would definitely recommend it if you want a great place to stay close to the beach and a short drive into town.

Just as good the second time!

A well-appointed, spotless, rustic cabin a two-minute walk from Chesterman Beach. Perfect for two people. It was our second visit to this location. Bring or rent your bikes to ride the new trail from Tofino to Ucluelet and then relax in the hot tub. Clean, quiet, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent Stay for our 25th Anniversary

The cabin was so cozy, uniquely decorated and fully equipped with anything and everything you could ever need during your stay, the cabin was immaculately spotless clean, the hot tub felt so good after our long bike ride, walking the beach and being so close was exactly what we were looking for. So close to town, had a great Anniversary dinner at The Shelter. Highly recommend the Surf Shack

We had an excellent stay across the street from Chesterman beach with lots of privacy and comfort. Easy and fast communication with the owner, and the place was in a great location: easy to find, close to town, and walkable to excellent restaurants. Will look to stay again!

My daughter and I had an amazing vacation at the surf shack. We loved the location, the property, the hot tub, and the bed is so comfortable. Communication with the owner was seemless. We would definitely stay again, and miss it already.
