6.5First of all, disregard that 2/10 review, some people are just not meant to travel:). Here’s a real, authentic review of this rental by a super seasoned traveller such as myself.PROS: Big house in a beautiful neighborhood, you can park on the street or on the property. Entrance is huge, felt like fresh prince of bel-air. All services nearby from supermarket to shoppers drug mart. House was clean. No dust or slime or other garbage.2 big comfy living rooms, 2 giant 80“ tvs, hundreds of channels, big kitchen with everything you need, garbage and recycling bags, large dining room, lighting is present all over the house, king size beds, 3 bathrooms, heat works well, washer/dryer, master bedroom is huge with walk-in closet, private bathroom with 2 sinks, hot tub and shower, water was hot, tons of towels, 8 rolls of toilet papers, Scott towel roll, etc. The long balcony is magic, lots of sunlight, nice couch, with a miniature forest in the back, full of deers, birds, squirrels and other critters. Loved it. You might hear them at night having cheese and walnuts parties on the roof:)This place is perfect for workers, friends or families on the move who want a spacy place without the city fuss of paying sky high rates. Owner is friendly and easy to reach, he will bring you whatever is missing. Ask for door code, wifi password, and a set of spare keys.CONS: the house feels a bit old and could use maintenance, furniture has a few stains and rips but nothing dirty, you wo

This property should not be on VRBO. It was disgusting. Dirty, Smelly, furniture and mattresses and pillows stained. Rugs and floor filthy. Toilet had poop stains. No Coffee maker, Keurig, kettle , dishes, silverware. No towels of any kind. Railing on deck loose and someone is going to get hurt if it lets go. No table and chairs in kitchen and no chairs around Island. Holes in window screens, broken blinds. There were 3 couples staying on Fri and Sun and 4 couples on Sat night as we had all travelled from NB to attend Rock the Harbour festival so we had no time to book other accommodations. My brother booked it for everyone and he should definitely be reimbursed the fee charged for cleaning. Someone from VRBO needs to go check this place out in person. We did not take photos but should have.
