We are a retired engineer and professor who built this home in 1975 and have lived here ever since. In earlier years, we hosted both short- and long-term guests, and always enjoyed the experience. After retirement, we have opened our doors only sparingly, but now we are glad to share our home again with guests who value peace and respect.

When we first built our home here in 1975, Ashok Nagar was a developing neighborhood surrounded by farming lands and mango groves â a peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation. Over the past 50 years, the area has grown and transformed into a well-connected part of Chennai, yet streets like Sridevi Colony have retained their vintage charm.
Most of the families here have lived in the colony since its beginning, creating a friendly, welcoming community with a sense of continuity and heritage that makes this neighborhood truly special.
