Welcome to Kapalua Golf Villa 15T2âyour private retreat in one of Maui's most prestigious resort communities. This beautifully upgraded 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome offers sweeping views of the Bay Course and unforgettable Maui sunsets. Located on the terrace level for easy, stair-free access, this villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is fully equipped with central A/C. Spanning 1,100 square feet, the villa has been updated to the Kapalua Villas Gold Standard and showcases coastal-inspired decor, granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances.
The open floor plan leads to a spacious lanaiâideal for dining al fresco or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the greens. Upstairs, the extended master suite offers added space and privacy, complete with a California King bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs, a Queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer/dryer combo.
Kapalua Golf Villas offers four swimming pools and is located within the world-class Kapalua Resort, home to the Plantation Course, award-winning restaurants, scenic trails, and some of Maui's best beaches. ** Please note that as of September 1, 2025, Kapalua Resort's two golf courses in Maui will close for at least 60 days due to drought and irrigation restrictions. The closure aims to restore the severely stressed turf, particularly on the Plantation Course, home to the PGA Tour's Sentry Tournament. Water restrictions were recently eased, but the prior total cutoff caused significant damage. The resort's management is working to ensure the courses are playable for the Sentry Tournament in January 2026. **
Kapalua Golf Villa 15T2 is professionally managed by Quam Properties. The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
