🌿 The Hideaway Primary is an expansive and spacious master bedroom on the second floor. It is accessed by a private staircase on its own section of the home offering ultimate privacy. Equipped with a large newly renovated bathroom and walk-in closet with a pack n’ play, hangers, and iron and ironing board.

🌿The Unwind Primary is your spa-like sanctuary with a newly renovated walk-in shower and deep soaking tub (a good book and glass of wine highly recommended). On the second floor right off the main front staircase. Both primary rooms include Smart TVs, roomy closets, and extra touches to make you feel at home.

🛌 Bedrooms 3 -5: Guest Rooms for the Whole Crew
All conveniently located on the second floor, each guest room is designed with comfort and character in mind. We’ve got something for everyone!

★ STRICT NO SMOKING
Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the home.
Violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 fine plus the cost of professional deep cleaning to remove smoke odors from furniture, curtains, and other surfaces. If smoking is suspected or confirmed, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.

We take this policy very seriously to protect the quality of the home and the comfort of future guests—please do not smoke inside under any circumstances.

★ PETS:
》Please contact us with details about your pet (breed, size, temperament). All pets are subject to approval and booking does not guarantee approval.
》2 pet maximum (minimal exceptions based on size and breed may be considered).
》Pet fee: $55 per night, per pet and payment will be requested as part of the booking process.
》Pets are not to be left unattended at the home at any time.
》Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture in the home (i.e. couch, beds, etc.)
》Leash always required when outside. There are wild animals (deers and rabbits in the surrounding area)
》Any damage to the home due to your pet will incur fees

★ SECURITY NOTICE:
For your safety and security, there are external cameras on the property. The front lawn camera is positioned to monitor the main entryway. Cameras in front of the garage monitor the driveway and backyard cameras monitor the surrounding rear areas of the home. Note that the backyard cameras face the pool area and a very minimal view of the hot tub area. All cameras are continuously recording. NOTE: THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME.

A signed rental agreement is required before your stay. Note that failure to sign will result in cancellation of your booking.

★ NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• No excessive noise at any time

★ PARKING
• Parking in the driveway ONLY. Sorry please no parking in the garage due to sensitive garage doors (there are no garage openers provided).
• No parking on the gravel road or grass area

★ OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No unattended fires.

★ TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside. Please dispose all trash in a trash bag and into the trash bin (located in front of the green shed in the driveway)

★ ALCOHOL
• No open containers on the roads near the home.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. If there’s signs of smoking, there is a $2,000 plus cost of professional cleaning fees
