Welcome to this luxurious and modern 1 bedroom studio! Step inside and be greeted by a sleek and stylish interior that boasts all the amenities you could ask for, top-of-the-line amenities such as a sauna, steam shower and gym equipment (pelaton bike with dumb bells) for you to enjoy after a long day at work.

The Space:
It creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. With 2 TVs you can unwind and relax in your own private sanctuary. The full kitchen features appliances and plenty of storage space, making meal prep a breeze.

Outside, enjoy access to a shared yard where you can soak up some sun or unwind after a long day. No pets allowed.

There is a security camera on the garage pointed down the driveway. It records when motion is detected.

Guest Access:
We will send you the access code on the day of arrival.

Other Things to Note:
No unauthorized party
No bringing of weapons/firearms
No smoking
No pets allowed

For check out, please place all dirty towels in the washer. (Kitchen and bathroom towels) and start the 1st load… if there’s room, please throw in the used pillowcases. Please don’t make your beds…
It’s important for the cleaning crew to know what beds need to be freshly turned.

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher including the coffee pot and kindly remove coffee grounds in the trashcan.
