With a heated pool, cozy fireplace, a garden full of fruit trees, and thoughtfully decorated interiors, Verde House offers more than just a stay — it invites you to slow down, reconnect with your loved ones, and make lasting memories surrounded by nature.
Step inside Verde House and be welcomed by the soothing sounds of nature and the warmth of a fireplace. Designed for families and groups of friends, our villa combines natural textures with comfort and elegance in every corner.
The villa features:
2 double bedrooms
1 small room with a 1.5-person bed
2 large sofa beds, accommodating up to 7 guests comfortably
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces perfect for preparing shared meals.
Our 8x4 meter private heated pool is ideal for all seasons — relax, swim, and soak in the sun.
In the evenings, gather around the fire pit under the stars or enjoy the indoor fireplace for a cozy night in.
The garden is home to hazelnut, cherry, sour cherry, and plum trees — and yes, you’re welcome to pick and taste the fruits when in season. For children, it’s a playground; for adults, a breath of calm.
No air conditioning is needed, thanks to Kartepe’s naturally cool climate. In colder months, the fireplace and wood stove will keep you warm and relaxed.
