Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located condo. Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 Bath, fully equipped ocean view beauty. Watch the sunsets on the Atlantic Ocean with your family in the evening on this double balcony. This private 33 acre compound has everything you need to make your vacation a dream come true. 6 pools, 6 hot tubs, 2 kids pools, a splash pad, a lazy river, a sauna, a gym, a basketball court, tennis courts, a playground, a bar/restaurant, and the Ocean
The space
This is a unique 33 acre private community. Once you're in these gates you'll have access to all the amenities and cool features that this amazing place has to offer. Hang out by one of the many pools, lazy river, or on the beautiful private beach. This place is 1 mile away from market commons, 3 miles away from the boardwalk, 5 miles away from Broadway at the beach, and 10 miles away from the famous marshwalk. The perfect private family getaway is right here. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Myrtle Beach.

6 pools, 1 lazy river, t hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bachi ball courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts, andpickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar. There are 3 gyms, a sauna, and steem room, a kid's park, a snack shack, a pizza shop, grilling & picnic areas, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.
Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.
Check in time 4pm ; Check out time 10am
Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.Additionally you will be charged a $600 pet cleaning fee.
The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.
Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:
- Sheets for all beds
- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.
Kitchen Notes
- Kitchens are fully equipped
- We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a keurig
- Dish soap is provided
- 1 roll of paper towels is provided
No smoking or you will be charged an additional $600 cleaning fee
