Villa La Estancia in Flamingos, Nuevo Vallarta resort. Spend Christmas in paradise! This luxurious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom ocean-view villa at the highly-rated Villa del Palmar L'Estancia Beach Resort & Spa is the perfect holiday escape. We are unable to go this year, so this reservation is guaranteed and in-hand for December 20â27, 2025 so no waiting or uncertainty.
The Villa
Perched at the top levels of a premier resort, this stunning 3-bedroom Suite delivers over 4,200 square feet of pure luxury with sweeping ocean views from nearly every room. Designed for those seeking top-tier comfort and privacy, the suite features three spacious bedrooms and four spa-style bathrooms, complete with marble showers and jetted tubs.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for cooking or entertaining, and the expansive living and dining areas provide your group with plenty of space to relax. Step outside to a massive oceanfront terrace, where youâll find a private Jacuzzi, top-of-the-line BBQ grill, and open-air seating ideal for soaking up the sun by day or stargazing at night. This residence comfortably hosts up to 8 adults and offers one of the most unforgettable views of Banderas Bay.

ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN OPTION: This plan is OPTIONAL at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12
Photos are representative of this-sized unit, but each unit will obviously vary in exact location and view orientation. I believe La Estancia has 9 of these Suites, but all are similar in their incredible room, luxury and features.
La Estancia is on the beach and within walking distance to the city of Bucerias, and a cab or Uber to PV proper. The beach area is very clean, with smooth sand and plenty of area to walk in the water and swim if you prefer. We just returned from here after a trip in July and everyone had a great time. Unfortunately we cannot use this week at Christmas.

I am an Elite member with this group, and we reserved this week well over a year ago. Circumstances will not allow us to go in December, so I am opening this week to a family or group that can use it.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We love the property and all its amenities, the restaurants are amazing, and the small town of Bucerias is within walking distance or a short cab/Uber ride. PV proper and all the fun of the area are a quick Uber ride to the big city. We love the area, the people are friendly, the area is very safe, and we have been going for at least 7 years now.
