We had an excellent stay at this VRBO property. The home was comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out.

Great for families. Having the mancave / game room is a stroke of genius. We were a bunch of guys there for a sports weekend we hung out in that room shooting pool and playing darts while watching football. It was perfect between our outings. I could see this as a good place for families with children.

While the listing presents this property as a luxury home with great amenities, our experience did not match that description. The house is in need of significant maintenance and deep cleaning. During our stay, we encountered several issues, including stained furniture, dirty carpets, and loose fixtures. The upstairs shower had cracked sealant with visible buildup, and we found a large pile of dirt hidden under a rug. Additionally, multiple light fixtures were non-functional, and the garage walls were heavily damaged. The amenities also fell short of what was promised. The advertised karaoke machine was missing, and neither the kitchen refrigerator nor the backup garage refrigerator worked properly. Overall, this property does not currently reflect its luxury listing and requires serious attention.

The house is beautiful and very well-maintained. The hosts are incredibly kind and quick to respond. We ran into a small issue with the toaster on our first night, but they immediately sent a replacement, which was great. They ask that the dishwasher be run before departure, though it's quite damaged; the cleaning crew managed to get it working effectively. There were also a few small things that were broken here and there, which was a bit disappointing aesthetically, but overall it was a lovely stay.
