Vackert arv, stenbyggd och lyxig inrett Villa HEAVEN nr 2 ligger i byn Muć Donji, nära Split, i vacker skogsmiljö. Villa har 240m2, med fullt utrustat kök, 5 sovrum, 3 badrum, 2 vardagsrum (75m2 + 20m2) och balkong. Tomten har 3000 m2, med stor uppvärmd pool på den (10. 5m x 4. 5m). Simning i +25 Celsius uppvärmd vattentemperatur är möjligt från början av april till slutet av oktober. Den har stor solterrass vid poolen, sport terräng, barnlekplats och vacker trädgård med massor av träd och blommor. Platsen ligger strax utanför en by, lugn och ro med massor av integritet för våra gäster. Mer än 65 km av fantastiska bergscykel / quad atv skogsrutter börjar precis framför Villa. Platsen ligger bara 30 min bilresa till Split och lokal strand. Vi erbjuder vår lokala mat och vin för våra gäster.
Luxury Villa Heaven No. 2 har 3 våningar. Bottenvåning är 75 m2 stort vardagsrum (dalmatisk sten / trä byggd "konoba") med lyxig inredning, stort biljardbord, lyxiga sittmöbler, stor platt-TV och ljudsystem plus matbord. Det erbjuder bra ställe för hela dagen och natten roligt och fest för gästerna. Det finns också ett badrum på denna våning. Villa har totalrenoverats år 2018. Den 1: a Golv finns: stort nytt fullt utrustat kök, 2 sovrum, badrum och vardagsrum. Den har en öppen spis för vinterperioden och luftkonditionering för sommarperioden. Stor balkong (30 m2) på denna våning erbjuder en utomhus lounge sittgrupp och stort köksbord så att gästerna kan äta lunch på öppet utrymme eller bara utrymme att njuta av med utsikt över poolen och miljön runt huset.
På andra våningen finns 3 stora sovrum med vacker utsikt över poolen och nära skogsområdet. Det finns också ett stort badrum på denna våning.
Villa erbjuder allt som gäster behöver för trevlig, avslappnad och mycket privat semester i skogsmiljö i mellersta Dalmatien. Fastigheten har 3000 m2 med blomsterträdgård, mediterianska frukter och blommor, liten vingård och barnlekplats. Alla stora städer i regionen (Split, Šibenik, Kastela, Omiš, Trogir ...) ligger 30-60 min. Så att gästerna kan se dem alla under dagen rusar och har fortfarande sin egen privata lyxplats för avkoppling med familjen och vänner vid den stora poolen eller i vår "konoba".

Ivan, the owner, is exceptionally kind, and his welcome, guidance and advice throughout our stay were perfect. The villa has everything you need for an excellent trip to Croatia. We were 10 people and we highly recommend staying here!

Heaven for activities & fun

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious villa surrounded by nature. We took advantage of the many fun activities to do at the villa and within a short drive (hiking, rafting, ATVs, sightseeing, etc). The villa was clean and well-equipped and the host was fantastic, ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

It is a very pleasant holiday rental with Ivan as an amazing host. Very helpful en flexible. Do male sure to read the room descriptions: the second living room is the fifth bedroom.

Excellent Villa and Brilliant Host

This is a beautiful remote villa surrounded by nature and wildlife. It has everything you could want - relaxation by the pool and activity with the games room and outside sports area. It is furnished to a very high standard. The villa is extremely clean. Ivan is an incredible host and on arrival gave us an amazing prosciutto and cheese meal, plus throughout the stay provided lots of advice on days out. Don’t wait, book this villa now!

Härlig vistelse med familjen

Vi hyrde huset i tre veckor. Jag och min fru samt våra tre vuxna barn med familjer. Huset passade alla åldrarna då det fanns massor av möjligheter till olika aktiviteter på tomten och inomhus. Vi njöt av den vackra utsikten och behövde inte tänka på att vi störde någon, då huset ligger väldigt privat. Ivan tog väl hand om oss och gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en fin semester.

Schöne Ferienvilla mit großzügigem Grundstück

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 10 Personen und Hund. Das Haus ist sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet. Das ganze Ambiente und die Einrichtung lassen schon beim ersten Betreten Urlaubstimmung aufkommen. Das sehr große und eingezäunte Grundstück bietet nicht nur viel Platz sondern auch zahlreiche Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie großer Pool, Tennisplatz, Volleyball, Federball, Fußball, Minigolf. Im Haus zudem ein Billiardtisch, Dartscheibe, Bar. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, abgelegen in der Natur, direkt an einem sehr großem Wald mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten und einigen felsigen Bergkuppen, die zum einfachen Klettern einladen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und bestrebt den Gästen den besten und angenehmsten Aufenthalt zu bieten. Absolut Empfehlenswert!!!

Fabulous property and location!

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday, a variety of age ranges in our group from 65 down 10 years old. We all loved our stay, and the property was amazing and well furnished with everything you could need. Topped off by the beautiful location which was breathtaking. Ivan was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful. We will be back!

Amazing

With Ivan we had a wonderful stay, the property was spacious and the host was extremely helpful with taxis and if there were any issues with the property. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Ivan with birthday decorations and a charcuterie. The whole stay was extremely pleasant and definitely would visit again! Could not fault!!

Fantastic place near Split

We booked this villa for a long weekend trip in April with 9 adults and had an amazing time. The villa is approx. 30min away from the Split city centre but you can also enjoy the time without travelling to the city all day. There are plenty of actitivies which you can do directly at the villa such as billiard, darts, soccer, basketball, swimming, relaxing at the pool, mountainbiking, mini golf, archery, karaoke, etc. This was a lot of fun for a bigger group. The location itself has all the required equipment and a very nice interior. Ivan was a great host and the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. Besides that, we had some nice cold welcoming snacks and some local drinks from the house bar for free. To sum up: This place was the perfect spot for our vacation.

very nice furnished villa outside from Split

We had booked this property for 9 nights to spend a nice undisturbed time with friends. And what should I say.... IT WAS AMAZING! There were no neighbors which you can disturb with music and other noises und you had everything to do party at night. You have in the basement a huge stereo bass system therefore. The next day you could have a nice relaxing time at the pool. :) You can buy groceries directly in Muc either with the bike or the car and you have a big kitchen to cook food for more then 10 persons. Ivan is a very nice, helpful and accommodating host. He prepared a welcome cold meal on the day of arrival and showed us the entire property with all important informations. When we had questions he answered very quickly. We really enjoyed the time there and will definitely come back for our next vacation.

It would be hard to say all the nice things I want to say about this property and the hosts. Suffice it to say that you will not be disappointed. A Fantastic property!

Anita and Ivan (the hosts) are so attentive and welcoming. They responded to every question we asked super fast and gave us lots of great recommendations that made our trip to Croatia outstanding. The villa itself is amazing. 9 of us stayed there and we had plenty of room. There are multiple eating areas and the whole villa is extremely well equipped with smart TVs and Bluetooth speakers. The pool and garden are fantastic. Tranquil and perfectly secluded. We have stayed in a number of Villas and this was by far the best. Thank you so much.

Incredibly hospitable and gorgeous remote villa outside Split

I stayed here for a few nights with 6 other boys. The property itself is fantastic. It's recently been renovated yet displays historic character. You have all the toys you could ever need as well as an outdoor wood burning oven, swimming pool, badminton court, snooker / pool, darts, table tennis and more... so there's plenty to do and grappa onsite to put you to sleep... It's also quiet and cool up in the mountains meaning sleeping is comfortable and the rooms like everywhere else are well furnished. The views out of the villa are lovely and you definitely feel remote. Time into Split is 30 - 40 mins with a taxi. Uber doesn't work from the villa but Ivan the host will sort you out. He's probably the most helpful host I've ever had and knows enough people in Split and the surrounds to get stuff done for you. Travel, excursions, restaurants, even food shopping! and his mother even prepared a meal for us on arrival. Incredible. Aside from proximity from Split (be weary of the costs of getting back after a night out, and again Ivan can help), the only downsides were a couple of power cuts and the house flies. No mozzies though. Otherwise, I couldn't have wished for a better stay and thank Ivan for his tremendous hospitality.

Brilliant location for a family holiday

We had a wonderfull stay in this very spacious house, in the rural area outside of Split, for a family retreat in April with a party of 11 and 2 dogs... The surroundings were marvelous, where only the birds and an occasional sheep with its sheppard gives some 'disturbance'. The house was spotless clean, very well and nice equipped and with a heated pool even in April we were able to take a swim. The owner (Ivan) responded promptly to any of our questions and made several suggestions for a tourist day out in the Dalmation area. The hospitality of our host was fantastic, with a welcoming dish and recreational advise. We would highly recommend this property and the surround area of this great country. Helmus and Angela Brons

Since 2016 we are offering great vacation to all our guests in Villa Heaven 1 and from 2018. also in Villa Heaven 2 . We have lots of experience in rental and large amount of happy guests who have visited this region, from our Villas as a starting point. Villas are placed in Bogdanovići and Muć Donji , just 30 min drive from Split.

So, in this hard times, this Villa and its area, are simply ideal place to be. Our guests will have, for sure, private, calm and mind/body relaxed vacation. As owners, we do offer our local food to guests, prepared or delivered , on site . We offer our prosciutto , vine , olive oil and other localy produced products , based on our guests needs or affinities . Very large swimming pool and sun terrace are great for summer break holiday . But whole plot is just amazing for family vacation, mind and body relaxing area and breath taking view. Especially for those who look to have quiet , nice and unique vacation rental , outside of tourist rush . For active guests , Villa is placed on the start of the mountain bike off road course , more than 22 km long. Suitable for QUAD/ATV/moto cross , too. We do offer , provide and organize food and drinks , local ones for our guests, prepared on site or delivered to site, as our guests want it to be. Menu"s are presented on site or sent to our guest before their arrival.
