Fantastisk nybyggnation. Fantastisk utsikt över staden, bergen och ljudet från taket. Fantastiskt läge eftersom det är lätt att gå till lätta tåg, parker, restauranger, barer, shopping och mer. Allt du kan förvänta dig utgör en modern modern konstruktion i hjärtat av Capitol Hill, Seattle.

Utrymmet

Vårt radhus ligger utanför sidogatan vilket ger extra lugn och ro medan den fortfarande är centralt belägen.

Första våningen - Ingångsvägen öppnar till det stora rummet som packar mycket in i detta mysiga utrymme inklusive en liten utomhusträdgård, vardagsrum (med kabel-TV och bäddsoffa), ett halvt badrum och ett fullt laddat kök. Köket är utrustat med spis, ugn, kylskåp, avfallshantering och diskmaskin. Vi har en kaffebryggare (kaffe ingår inte), vattenkokare (te ingår inte) och en brödrost. Typiska föremål som redskap, skärbrädor, krukor och kokkärl finns också. Denna våning har också luftkonditionering.

Andra våningen - Denna våning har ett komplett badrum och två sovrum (med dubbelsängar) och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Båda sovrummen har stående fläktar.

Tredje våningen - Den tredje våningen är där sovrummet sitter. Den har ett komplett badrum (dusch, dubbla fåfängar och toalett), en queen size-säng och en bäddsoffa. Det har också utsikt över staden och luftkonditionering.

Fjärde våningen (takterrass) - Taket har utsikt över staden, rymden nålen och Puget Sound. Vi erbjuder bekväma sittplatser så att du kan ta allt!

Parkering - Det finns en utomhusparkeringsplats på baksidan av fastigheten. Observera att vår parkeringsplats enkelt passar medelstora till kompakta storlekar. En SUV i full storlek kommer att vara snäv passform. Parkering finns också på gatan med 2 timmars begränsningar mellan 07:00 och 18:00 förutom på söndagar.

Lovely home stay 3

This house made a great stay for our family of 6 for a wonderful weekend getaway at Seattle! The beds were very cozy and the master bedroom was spacious enough to add a crib. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Would highly recommend this house!

Great spot!

Our family stayed here and had a lovely time. Enough space for everyone, all amenities listed are in good condition. We enjoyed the kitchen and games especially. The hosts are very responsive, overall a great time. Would recommend.

Space Needle visit

Small and spacious at the same time, perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends. Great view from the rooftop only downside was the noise from the construction next door. But other than that great!

Great location and comfortable stay!

We are a family of five with older kids and had a great stay. The first floor was comfortable for gathering and hanging out. There isn't a kitchen table, but we didn't miss it! There is a large island and the living room was where we ended up sitting anyway as we played games and watched a movie. The rest of the property was perfect for us to spread out as well. We didn't get to spend much time on the rooftop patio, but the views were amazing. Another great aspect of this property is the location - we were able to comfortably walk to great restaurants which was much nicer than driving and finding parking. Capitol Hill is a great neighborhood. Great stay!

We had a wonderful visit to Seattle at this property: convenient location, comfortable beds, and easy checkout. We appreciated the parking space and great communication with the host. The listing indicates a hot tub/spa tub but there is not a hot tub on the property.

Great location, just as advertised

great location in Capitol Hill. Fantastic roof top deck, even in 20 degree weather, view of the city and the mountains. Property just as advertised. Designated Off Street parking a HUGE plus for the area. Note some other hosts advertise on-site parking But it’s just a permit allowing you to park on the street if you can find it (which is hard to do). This property offers designated off street parking. We will definitely stay here again.

We came into town with our two kids and mother-in-law for a wedding and had a great stay. The condo was close to everywhere we needed to go and had a grocery store and restaurants close. Was just big enough for the five of us.

Fabulous home base!

Excellent rental property

This was an excellent property for friends to meeting up and tour around Seattle. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and fun times. The band we came to see canceled at the last minute but we made due with some quality time on the roof-top deck and a beautiful skyline sunset. I highly recommend this property.

Fall guys weekend in Seattle

Three college friends in to watch our alma mater take on UW in football. We stayed three nights and this was a great spot. Easy to get to marina for Puget Sound fishing trip and one stop on light rail to UW's stadium. Great house - very functional and rooftop space was awesome. Hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions ahead of time.

Wonderful 1st Time Stay in Seattle

My family and I had a wonderful stay here and especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck! The view was amazingly beautiful both in the morning and at sunset! The location is also wonderful as you are within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and parks for both kids and adults. The off street parking is great too, especially when it’s busy. The owners are also easy to reach out to, if you need help with anything or have questions. We definitely recommend staying here especially if you plan on going to many of the attractions the city has to offer.

Great visit to Seattle and Capitol Hill

We recently stayed at this fantastic VRBO property in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house was exactly as advertised, providing a comfortable (three good bedrooms) environment for our group. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our arrival and departure stress-free.One of the standout features of this property is its incredible location. Capitol Hill offers an unbeatable blend of restaurants, cafes, bars, and activities right at your doorstep. From the vibrant nightlife to the eclectic dining options, there's always something to explore. We particularly enjoyed visiting local spots like Bar Cotto for dinner and Cafe Ladro for coffee.The house itself shows signs of being well-used, which is understandable given its popularity. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. The real gem of the property is the view from the roof, which offers a stunning panorama of the city. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset.Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Capitol Hill. Great Cap Hill getaway

Hello. My wife Erin (local to the Seattle area) and I (a Seattle-ite for over a decade) have two wonderful boys who keep us on our feet every day. When we find time, we love to take in the new restaurants in the Capital Hill area, sailing on Lake Washington or the Puget Sound, and Skiing at one of our many resorts in the area.

We are fortunate to have a second home in the heart of the city and are happy to share it out with visitors. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Our townhouse is centrally located in Seattle on Capitol Hill. Just a couple of blocks from Broadway and Pike St., this house is close to nightlife, shopping and some of the city's most influential restaurants and culinary chefs. Other destinations within walking distance include Volunteer Park, Seattle Asian Art Museum, Cal Anderson Park, and the Capitol Hill Link Light Rail station.

Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Lake Union, the University of Washington, Seattle University and The Arboretum are an easy Uber or bike ride way.
