All four bedrooms, the kitchen, and the deck are located on the main floor, making the home an excellent choice for guests with mobility considerations. An easy, minimal-step threshold allows you to move in and out with ease.
The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering, with direct access to a large elevated deckâsurrounded by trees and ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Downstairs, the walkout basement offers a spacious game room with two comfortable sofa beds, providing extra sleeping space for up to four guests. From here, step out to a large patio with an outdoor dining table and chairsâperfect for group meals or relaxing in the fresh air.

While public transportation options are limited in this area, parking is available on-site. The nearest major transit hub is the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Parking for up to six vehicles: 4 midsize cars in the driveway + 2 additional spots to the left of the driveway. Street parking is not permittedâplease respect this limit to ensure a smooth stay for everyone
