Guest Access:

Access instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Getting Around:
The home has easy access to South Lamar, Ben White (290/71), and I-35. Downtown is about a 15-minute drive, and the airport is just 20 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and there’s ample free street and driveway parking for guests who bring a car.

- Quiet hours: 10 AM – 10 PM
- No parties, events, or unapproved guests
- One (1) dog under 30 lbs allowed (pet fee applies); no cats permitted
- No smoking or vaping indoors — a $200 cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoke
- The exterior front door of property is monitored with video camera for safety and security
- This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood—please respect our neighbors and the surrounding area
- There is a covered car port made for small to mid-sized vehicles. Large vehicles (trucks, large SUVs) need to park on the street as vehicles will not fit.
