The location and apartment were absolutely wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully appointed place to spend the weekend. Jessica was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Wonderful place! Jessica was great to deal with. Lots of thoughtful amenities. We didn't have need to use the kitchen but it looked like the basics were covered. It was great to be able to do a load of laundry and we enjoyed reading about the history of their project with the property. Bluffton was a cute little town to explore. If we are ever in the area again, we'd happily book another stay!

Host was very friendly and welcoming, Jessica was very proactive and responsive. The decor was top level and elegant. The location made it ideal as our stayed occurred during snow storm Fern which allowed easy access to groceries and restaurants.

Great setting for a girls weekend! We loved that it was close to everywhere we wanted to walk. The place was so clean and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed lounging on the couch, sitting at the kitchen table and doing a puzzle, and sleeping in the adorable rooms with the beautiful stained glass windows!

This was one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO. Jessica and Ryan have done an outstanding job renovating this space. Great craftsmanship, spacious and comfortable all with some historic charm. Everything you will need for your stay, whether a weekend or a week. And spotless! Small touches like snacks, condiments and cooking essentials set this above the rest. Great communication from the start if the reservation through checkout. And thank you for the flexibility Jessica! Hidden gem if you are visiting ONU (Ada) Bluffton or Findlay. Will definitely book again when back in the area.
