This home is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house on 3 wooded acres in a peaceful neighborhood with access to multiple lakes. It sleeps up to 12 people with 2 king beds, 1 full, 3 twins, a queen sofa bed, and a couch, so it's perfect for families and large groups. Enjoy the pool, playset, trampoline, and firepit. The home also features full kitchen and laundry, a cozy breakfast nook, and a spacious dining room. Take in some great views as you walk our calm streets with little to no traffic.

Inside, the home offers a thoughtful layout designed for both gathering and privacy. The main floor includes a comfortable living room with smart TV, a full kitchen with modern appliances, and a breakfast nook that opens to the backyard. The large dining room seats 6–8 and is perfect for group meals or game nights. Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms give guests space to spread out, while the laundry room and multiple bathrooms help make extended stays easy and convenient. You will also find the outdoor features, both at the home and in the neighborhood, to make this a relaxing retreat away from home.

You are welcome to almost all of the home; only a few closets, the garage, and the detached shop will be locked for storage purposes.

I love reading, writing, disc golf, and films. My wife and I spend a lot of time traveling, eating, and watching our favorite TV shows. We have three kids (Jemma, Luke, and Lottie). When traveling together, we are quiet and spend most of our time in the city. The room is a place to rest, recharge, and relax so we’re ready to embrace all there is to do! As hosts, we try to create the same kind of space—comfortable, clean, and easy to settle into.
