Welcome to the RiNo Party Palace — a fun, roomy smart home that sleeps up to 30 guests. Pricing depends on total headcount, including anyone stopping by during your stay. Thinking about hosting a private get-together? We’re all for it, as long as it’s pre-approved and follows local and state laws.
