Escape to your own beachside retreat in this bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment just a short walk from the shoreline. Located in a charming duplex, this space blends modern comfort with coastal charm.
Inside, youâll find soaring high ceilings and an open layout that invites natural light to flood the living area. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a sunset dinner.
The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, great space. 2 queen beds and 1 pullout sofa.
*Laundry room available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire unit.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free (2 parking spot available)
Other Things to Note:
*Please review my house rules.
*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
