Sommarmelodi

Vackert mysigt elegant semesterhus med 4 sovrum erbjuder plats för upp till 8 gäster. Detta fritidshus inreddes och möblerades på ett modernt och elegant sätt precis i slutet av december 2016. Att vakna upp i det stora sovrummet med det stora fönstret för mycket ljus och entrédörren till poolområdet får dig att sova i kanske lite längre, du kan njuta av soluppgången här över poolområdet och kanalen. Intill sovrummet finns ett rymligt badrum med badkar i hörnen, duschkabin och dubbla handfat / granitfänga. Vi har ytterligare 3 sovrum, alla med Queen size-säng, garderob, 2 sovrum delar ett badrum med dusch / badkarkombination och det fjärde sovrummet som vetter mot poolen har ett eget poolbad med duschkabin. Matlagning och grill är kul här, gourmetköket är enormt med äkta träskåp och granitbänk, BBQ Weber gasgrill är i poolområdet. Njut av soluppgång och solnedgång med perfekt exponering i söder, antingen vid den elektriskt uppvärmda poolen eller nere vid kanalen vid tikihytten. Vi ser fram emot att välkomna dig här vid din nästa semester i Cape Coral.

Wunderschones helles freundliches Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern bietet Villa Summer Melody fur bis zu 8 Gasten Platz. Das Ferienhaus blev december december 2016 med Aufwand och Hingabe modernt och elegant eingerichtet ett groBzugiges Hauptschlafzimmer med dem grossen Fenster och Zugang zum Poolbereich och Blick uber den Kanal machen ett Aufwachen zum Vergnugen. Das Hauptbad ist sehr groBzugig mit einer Eckbadewanne, 2 Waschbecken und einer groBen Dusche. 2 Gastezimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer das mittig liegt, das 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Ausgang zum Pool. Viel SpaB beim Kochen hat man in der groBen Kuche mit Granitabdeckung, auch der Weber- Gasgrill gör ett perfekt Essen i gemutlicher Atmosphare am Pool zum Erlebnis. Ruhige Momente erlebt man unten am Wasser beim Tiki Hut, her kann man viele Vogel, Fische und mit viel Gluck auch Delphine or Seekuhe beobachten, der Kanal hat Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko. Mit der perfekten Poolausrichtung nach Suden kann man zu jeder Jahreszeit sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genieBen. Cape Coral Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, loved the pool area and sitting drinking cocktails down by the Tikki bar. The villa is so close to shops and restaurants and other activities. Only an hour from Naples and Marco Island where the beaches were beautiful. The villa was well equipped and very clean and comfortable, so lovely.

Lovely

We had the most wonderful Florida long weekend getaway and this home was the icing on the cake. The home is immaculately clean and set up wonderfully. We enjoyed the kitchen for cooking meals and really loved the pool area!

Decor is a little dated but comfortable and large enough. Just a little disappointed at how much the additional electricity charge was as we left the temperature at 74 and were gone 4 out of 7 days

BEST PLACE TO STAY

It was the cleanliest place I've ever rented. The furniture was top notched and the area was magnificent. I love the quietness of the home and the draw of the bedrooms kept us napping on raining days. We spent a lot of time just sitting out at the pool and enjoying the scenery. Will definitely stay again....SOON! This is the first trip that we didn't have to call or text anyone, it was the perfect vacay!

Love this property! Beautiful, clean home in a great location. My only complaint is that it states 3 bathrooms and for some reason they had the pool bathroom locked off. We worked around that though. 3 bathrooms are always better than 2. Definitely would stay here again!!

Many Memories!!!

Property and home exceeded our expectations. Clean, well appointed, quiet neighborhood and still close to area beaches. Was our home away from home...well if your home is a pool house, located on a canal in sunny Florida and professionally maintained..lol. We enjoyed many morning coffees poolside, family pool parties, and family dinners together!

Good place to stay

The villa was as described Very clean, all amenities, pool and lawn maintenance during our stay. At the end of the street all the amenities for shopping! All appliances worked well except for the BBQ for which we had to buy the gas connection The only downside was that the manager who was supposed to follow us when there were problems read my text messages but never contacted us even though I had a US number.

Cape stay

Beautiful well kept home and property. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Property manager was terrific. Good location. Only one very minor issue - the master bedroom is beautiful and spacious but the king bed and foundation are directly on the floor making the bed very low and difficult to get in and out of. Other than that it was perfect and we plan to return to this house anytime we visit Florida in the future.

Beautiful Home-loved Cape Coral

We loved staying at the villa summer melody in Cape Coral. Beautiful home with a nice swimming pool and a very relaxing dock by the canal. We used the grill quite a bit to cook and ate outside in the evenings on the patio. We loved Cape Coral . We have this home booked again for next year. Marcella at Comfort homes is very nice to deal with. Euric was super nice to come show us around the house and pool the day after we arrived and then the day before we left to come home. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Amazing Sunset Veiws!

My husband and I spent 18 lovely days at this property. The home is conveniently located just down the street from Walgreens, Publix and Walmart. Communications with home host and manager were great. My daughter, her husband and my two grandkids came to visit us for three nights. Annette was very gracious about allowing this last minute change to our reservation for a small and reasonable fee. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and very sunny all day. The dock has a cute little tiki and was a great place to enjoy the most amazing sunsets each night. That was our favorite attribute about the house. We would not hesitate to stay again if available.

Great Stay

My husband and I were fortunate enough to get away from the cold and snowy days of Calgary Alberta Canada and stay at Villa Summer Melody for approximately two and a half months. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to return next year, but the property is already rented. The house is airy, clean, uncluttered and well equipped. Anita always looked after us without delay and the owner even looked after replacing the refrigerator when it began making very loud sounds. The property management team also made adjustments to their schedule to accommodate us for one additional night due to our mistake when making our original reservation. Thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable!
