Welcome to your home away from home in Brooklyn, Ohio! This comfortable and well-appointed 2-bedroom retreat is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Both bedrooms are located on the second floorâone with a cozy queen bed and the other with a king bed and Smart TV. The full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combo for your convenience.
The main floor offers a spacious living room with a Smart TV, and an updated, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Downstairs, the basement rec room includes a desk for remote work, a half bath, and extra space to unwind. A washer and dryer are available for use as well.
Step outside to enjoy the outdoor area with a propane grill and patio set, perfect for cookouts. Youâll have garage parking for one car plus room for 2â3 additional vehicles off-street. No commercial parking permitted.
Conveniently located near local dining, shopping, and just a short drive to downtown Cleveland, this home is the ideal base for exploring the area.
Please note this is one side of a 2-unit townhome. Please be respectful of neighbors.

đ€« We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
đŸ A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
đ« Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

đIf the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if neededâbut donât worry, just send us the receipt and weâll reimburse you! If itâs a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
