✔️ As per Dubai Tourism rules, all guests must submit passport (or Emirates ID) copies 24 hours prior to check-in day. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time.
✔️ Property may not be used for any commercial business
✔️ Building access cards must be returned in good condition; replacement of a lost or damaged card will result in a charge of AED 350 per card
✔️ Smoking Policy: As a non-smoking building, we kindly request that guests refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Please note that any signs of smoking will incur a fee of AED 2,000, which covers the cost of odor elimination, AC duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
