Detta vackra 3 sovrum 2. 5 bad samtida är praktiskt taget vattnet med tillgång till en privat strand direkt framför huset över en sandig körfält. Det stora däck vetter mot vattnet och kan nås från skjutdörrarna i vardagsrummet. Huvudnivån har ett öppet vardagsrum / matsal / kök område omgiven av stora fönster i full längd. Du kan titta på de vackra solnedgångarna i bukten medan du äter eller kopplar av i vardagsrummet eller på däcken. Det öppna och luftiga köket har takfönster och välvda tak. Det finns också ett 1/2 bad från köket. Det stora sovrummet är på huvudnivån. Den har en queen size-säng, platt-TV och badrum. Den lägre nivån har ett stort ljus & ljust familjeunderhållningsrum med utdragbar drottningssoffa, spjälsäng och TV. Det finns två gäst sovrum, ett med en queen size-säng och det andra med en tvilling över två våningssäng och en queen size-säng. Det finns också ett komplett badrum och ett stort tvättstuga. Sunset Heaven

Perfect!

We loved this property! It is beautiful, clean and there is room to spread out. The kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed. There are plenty of beach chairs in the garage. We could not ask for a better location. The beach was gorgeous during low and high tide. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the neighborhood. The host is quick to respond and very thoughtful.A++++

A beautiful home with great views

We returned for a second year to this house and once again we loved it. It is beautiful and well-maintained. The location is great and the views are captivating. The owner is thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We relaxed, enjoyed the beach and had a wonderful time together.

Who could ask for more?

This is the 4th summer that we have stayed in this wonderful home and I can not wait to go back again. The house is so well maintained, stocked with everything you could possibly need and the sunset views are the icing on the cake. The beach is literally across the street, so if you are working (as my sons were), they could take a break and enjoy the weather. Ara the owner is incredibly responsive if you need anything- and he has just renovated the kitchen which is great. Everything is great-- truly, you could not ask for more!

Cape Cod Bay home

This is a beautiful home with all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen was beautiful with top of the line appliances. The location is as advertised and is amazing - beautiful views of the bay from the deck, with the bay only a short walk across the street - amazing sunsets! Hoping to return next year.

A wonderful vacation!

This is a lovely vacation house. Beautiful views. A few steps from the beach. We loved exploring the sand and mud flats during low tide and swimming at high tide. The details of the house are carefully considered and the owner of the house is thoughtful and responsive. We spent two wonderful weeks here and are dreaming of returning next summer!

Amazing stay - great location and comfortable house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this house! The beach is right across the street and was not very crowded at all. Surprisingly there were very few bugs as well both at the beach and at the house. We loved the wrap around deck and the nice furniture that came with it! The inside of the house was very comfy- the bedrooms were pretty sound proof and nicely furnished. A few more blankets would be great but it was pretty warm. The laundry is the best we’ve had at a rental, new LG washer and dryer. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. The owner also made sure there were plenty of things like TP, paper towels, detergent etc. no need to bring those! The garage also had plenty of gear in decent shape - beach toys, chairs, etc. again no need to bring anything! Just your towel of course! We had a great stay and will come again!

A little slice of heaven

This is our 3rd year staying at this property with hope for many more to come. The owner is a considerate host with the comfort of his guests front and center. The location is unbeatable with sunsets and water views during the day. The home is very well equipped- we live locally, but you could easily stay here with a suitcase if you rented sheets and towels- all else is there for your use and enjoyment. We just got back and I am already looking forward to next year! Thank you Ara!

As Advertised

This home is spectacular. Period. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Eastham is a wonderful spot. Close to everything the outer Cape has to offer. The private bayside beach, just steps away, is ideal for parents of young children. And the sunsets? Fuhgeddaboudit! Gorgeous. Plus, the owners respond quickly to any questions and were an absolute delight to communicate with. And the thoughtful gift card to a local French pastry shop was much appreciated. ;) Thank you, Ara, for making your house available for all to enjoy.

Late season fun

My family had a wonderful time at Ara’s property. It is as advertised with a beautiful view and deck. There were 5 adults and we were all comfortably situated for the week. The location is on bay and well removed from the traffic of Rt6. Quiet and private. Ara was quick to respond before and during our trip, and was nice enough to send a welcome gift. It was an extremely enjoyed week in North Eastham!

Sunsets on Salt Works

Salt Works Road is a beautiful area. Neighbors are friendly and the sunsets were spectacular from the deck of #285. The first floor living of this house is amazing and the bathrooms are huge in comparison to other rentals we have seen. It is a lovely house to spread out and enjoy the true Cape!

We rented in Eastham for many years. We had some good and bad experiences. We have vowed to learn from the bad experiences to make your stay the best possible. Tenant feedback is critical to the process. We will continue to invest in this house to make your stay the best possible. Since purchasing our home in May of 2013, we've made the following improvements:
2013: new electronics, kitchen equipment, artwork
2014: renovated and expanded both full bathrooms; new living room furniture, and new/larger deck
2015: renovated 1st floor bedrooms, with new furniture and porelain tile floors. New deck furniture.
2019: new doors/windows/blinds, roof, siding, and porcelain tile floor on the second floor. New smart locks on all doors
2020: updated 1/2 bath
