Welcome to The Penthouse at Williams-Brice, a 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury condo with an 1,800 SF *private rooftop* off the living room, overlooking the stadium. Tailgate like never before with your own outdoor kitchen, games, outdoor TV, and much more. Less than 1 min walk to stadium! Inside: upscale finishes, 4 smart TVs (75” living room, 55” each bedroom), live TV with NFL package, surround speakers (living room, each bedroom, & outside), plush beds, fast WiFi. Gated building with 2 parking spots. Close to USC, Five Points, and downtown. There are three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (one bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway). The first bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (full over full) with a twin trundle. All of the bedroom mattresses are plush, with coil springs - no flimsy foam mattresses. The couch in the living room converts to a full size bed with a comfortable mattress. The room with the bunkbeds also has an arcade machine featuring over 60 games - pac-man, donkey kong, all of the classics! There are 5 TVs throughout the condo. A 75in TV in the living room, 55in TVs in each bedroom, and a 50in TV for the outdoor rooftop. Each TV is a smart TV and includes Youtube live television (access every live TV channel, including the NFL package to watch every NFL game!). There is a surround sound system throughout the condo, including the outdoor rooftop. Play music over airplay or put the game on the 75in TV with sound in every room! There are two separate outdoor spaces. First, there is a balcony off the living room/master bedroom. This has a fantastic unobstructed view of the stadium with two rocking chairs. The real showstopper of the condo is the 1,800 SF private outdoor rooftop. There is nothing like this at any other condo around the stadium. This rooftop is off the living room and is all yours to enjoy tailgating. You have fantastic unobstructed views of the stadium and the City. The rooftop has a complete outdoor kitchen (grill, burners, ice maker, fridge, and sink), table, couch, chairs, barstools, outdoor television, foosball table, and corn hole. This is tailgating redefined.

Originally from outside of Washington DC, I'm a proud Gamecock alum, and excited to share my condo with you, whether you're cheering on the Gamecocks or our competition.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo is incredibly unique - the only condo with a private rooftop and outdoor kitchen. You can't get any closer to Williams Brice. Waking up on game day and seeing the stadium is an experience I can't explain.
