Our unit offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for your stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, queen beds, 4 smart TVs, & comfortable furnishings throughout. 1) This is a newly renovated basement unit (below ground). Itâs still stunning, but worth noting.
2) Being an old home, we have installed sound proofing throughout, but you may still hear the kids running around at times!
3) We recommend reserving a place in NW DC if you are looking to walk to the monuments.
The space:
As our guest, you'll enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking, ensuring you can explore the city with ease. If you prefer, there's also free street parking available in our Historic Deanwood neighborhood.
Perfect for couples, travel nurses, working professionals or families, our unit boasts strong WiFi to keep you connected during your stay. A book loverâs oasis! Grab a book and get cozy on the sectional sofa. The National Mall is about a 15-20 minute drive. We are 5.5 miles from University of MD Hospital, and close proximity to other medical centers in DC.
Each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv and custom blackout blinds. The spacious master bedroom has a 12â Queen Zinus memory foam mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with ample seating to accommodate all guests, if you like to stay in and cook. Turn it into a game night with a great variety of board games to choose from, or try your luck at the MGM National Harbor.
Complimentary coffee and bottled water. Whether you're here for work or play, we strive to provide a cozy and welcoming space where you can truly feel at home.
