Alla våra fastigheter kräver en vistelse på lördag-lördag under sent på sommaren och hösten om inte sista minuten.

Denna lägenhet är verkligen något speciellt. Andelslägenheterna har totalrenoverats och är mycket bekväma för en stor familj.

Crystal View 401 har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum och den största balkongen i området med panoramautsikt över fjärde våningen över bukten gör att du vill stanna och inte åka hem. Vardagsrummet och alla sovrum har platt-TV. Matbordet har plats för 10 och plats för ytterligare personer i barområdet. Köket har rostfria apparater och bänkskivor i granit.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en bäddsoffa med en rulla (motsvarande 2 enkelsängar). Det finns dörrar till balkongen från sovrummet och det har definitivt den underbara viken över viken. Befälhavaren badet är mycket stort med separat dusch och trädgård badkar.
Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett eget badrum.

Det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng och det tredje badet är bekvämt beläget precis utanför dörren.

Den maximala kapaciteten för lägenheten är 12 personer när de två bäddsofforna i vardagsrummet och dagbädden med rulla i sovrummet används.

Perfect location and view!!

Absolutely loved out 2 week stay! The view is perfect anytime of day, love the layout and had everything we could need. Location is perfect for all activities, food & shopping. The private beach area is really nice for a couple or family. Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks of memories.

Amazing view!!!

This condo was better than staying "on the beach"! The view was spectacular and the space was roomy, well stocked, had plenty of comfortable seating and was tastefully decorated. Also, the deck furniture was clean, sturdy and comfortable. We found the beds and bedding to be of good quality and comfortable as well. We brought a pet and enjoyed easy access to the pet area which was grassy, safe and well stocked with bags in case you didn't have one. Overall, a great place for our family group!

Perfect location!

We stayed at Crystal View 401 for two weeks - middle to end of October. This was our first time here and the unit was lovely - well-appointed and with more than enough space for everyone. And the balcony. Oh, the balcony. Couldn't ask for better views!

Amazing

My family and I had the best time on this vacay! When looking for a place to stay, this property kept leaping out at me, but I was nervous to book due to the balcony renovation, but I’m so glad I booked anyway! The views were still amazing!! And just steps from the beach;-). Response time from the property owners was great. My family and I will definitely stay here again, and again.

Gorgeous property, amazing location, breathtaking views

The pictures definitely don't do this listing any justice. I thought it was beautiful in the pictures, but it literally took our breath away when we walked in. The windows with the breathtaking views are unbeatable. The color schemes and decor are so welcoming. Plenty of towels and dishes available. Loved the beach chair service! The balcony.... oh the balcony!!! So awesome!! Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Renee was so responsive and helpful. Can't say enough good about this listing. Love it. (Hasa couple of very minor things that need fix/touched up, but nothing major.)

Large well appointed unit with beautiful view

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The view was absolutely beautiful!!! Unfortunately, during our stay the balcony was being repaired and we had no access to that area. I spoke with Laura and she gave us a credit for not being able to use that space. Overall it was a great unit that we will certainly book again!

Great location with a wonderful view

Had a great stay. The balcony was under refurbishment for the entire building but the manager discussed with us well in advance. Location was excellent for Miramar beach. Felt secluded but easy access to shopping areas when we wanted to go out.

Very good location and good property

I loved the balcony and the location the most. The house is clean and mostly updated. Some parts of the house such as shower, bathroom are old and needs upgrade. But I would recommend it for sure!! Right on the beach, and large balcony.

Perfect location and views

This is a beautiful roomy unit with plenty of room for 6 adults and two children. Renee is great to work with! The complex is clean and it is an easy walk to the beach. We hope to be back next year !

Paradise!

This property was perfect! From what it offered inside amd tje functionality of our group of 11 to the largest balcony I have ever seen. The sunsets were amazing.... gulf view every morning was breathtaking! The elevator was a plus and we felt like the pool was only ours. Night swimming was the best! Private beach access 50 steps from the elevator! The beach chair and umbrella set up was wonderful! Thank you for a time to remember!

Diamond in the rough

Needs TLC. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken & the exhaust fan was totally clogged. The shower door in the master bath did not close properly. The toilet in the hallway was loose from its mounting. The living room furniture was totally uncomfortable except for the reclining chair. On the balcony the metal ceiling was coming down from its mounting. The view was wonderful. The lock on the gate to the beach had been removed allowing anyone access ( an HOA issue).

Awesome location

This condo was perfect for our group of 9 that range in age from 10-49. 2 adult couples, 3 teen girls and 2 adolescent boys who each slept on a hideabed. The condo was great and as pictured. The appliances are a little dated and slow, but we weren't in a hurry. The view is spectacular and the best view for the price. The beach was wonderful. It does butt up against the public beach so you may want to walk a little to the east in order to avoid the edge of the public beach. Otherwise, it was perfect! I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Perfect get away

Wife, 3 children small dog and I wanted a beach vacation after our covid lockdown this past March. Crystal View 401 was great. First - the view. Wow. Show stopper. Awesome to have that view. Located right across from the beach (just a two lane road between you and the sand), close to local restaurants and the main touristy Destin stuff is a 5-10 min drive. Pool was nice (and heated for Spring Break). It was perfect for our family. We expect to be back.

Relaxing Beach Getaway!

The description on this property is correct - we didn't want to go home! The view and location is unbeatable. It was so convenient to head over to the beach but return for lunch or a break from the sun. The neighborhood was quiet at night and pleasantly busy for people watching during the day. There are a few things in the property that could use an update but everything was fine and functional. The in unit laundry was a big plus! I hope we'll have the opportunity to return to this great location in the future.
