    Comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood

    A friend and I had a girl's weekend before attending a work conference and we found this to be a very cozy, clean, and quiet stay. it was a plus we were able to open the windows! The host was very nice also. Would stay again!

    Fantastic stay

    Love this rental! So close to everything in Biltmore Village and the Biltmore House. Not far from downtown Asheville. Carol provided us with everything that we needed for our anniversary trip.

    Holiday weekend

    Carolyn’s guest suite was perfect for our little holiday weekend. My partner and i had a great time watching the sunset and subsequent fireworks from the porch! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the place for sure. (and a good deal)

    Clean, quiet and affordable

    My husband and I stayed here this weekend and had a lovely time. The room is small but clean and well-organized to make maximum use of space. The location is an easy drive to downtown and the owner is a total sweetheart. If you want pleasant, no-frills accommodations for a third of the price of hotels, this is a winner.

    A Cute Oasis

    Conveniently located near The Biltmore, shopping , restaurants, and breweries. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. We were only in town for 4 days and this property fit our needs perfectly. Definitely recommend and would repeat.

    It is one room and was very small but clean. The parking was very tight and limited, especially with a bigger vechicle. Cute little place.

    Cute, quaint, & clean!

    This property is located in the cute neighborhood of Oakley. Carolyn has accurately described her rental property, has cleaned her rental very well, and was very responsive and detailed in her check in instructions. This was the perfect little spot for my husband and me, close to Biltmore, the Biltmore village, breweries, restaurants, and shopping!

    Clean, Comfortable and a Fantastic Location.

    My boyfriend and I decided to have a weekend getaway in Asheville and are so thankful we did. Carolyn’s VRBO was quiet, very clean, and an overall beautiful property. We appreciated the amenities offered such as Wi-Fi, Streaming Services, Personal Cooling/ Heating, and a very comfortable bed. Carolyn is an excellent host who was wonderful to get to speak to. We are so happy we had the chance to stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great weekend!

    Great location for exploring Asheville and The Biltmore. Property is exactly as described
. Perfect for a short stay by two people. The property was spotless. The neighborhood had a lot of renovations going on and construction noises, which would be my only complaint. It’s good value for the money.
