Room for a crowd

We rented both units in this building for a long weekend and had 17 people total staying together for an event downtown. It's close enough to all the Atlanta activity to get there quickly, but far enough out to be pretty quiet. The house is SUPER clean and laid out great for a group. Communication with the owner is quick and friendly, I feel I have a new friend, we will be going back next year!

Dr. Kimberley was an amazing Host. Me and my Friends felt like we knew her forever that’s how welcome she made us feel. The house is way bigger than the pictures and has enough room for a Large group. Our neighbors was friendly and we got to come on All Star Weekend and watch a movie be filmed in front of the house. We Definitely going stay again next visit!

EXCELLENT LOCATION

This property is centralized with EVERYTHING in Dontown Atlanta! It accommodated 10 people comfortably and it’s right across the street from Gladys Knight old high school. This will be my go to spot anytime I’m coming to stay in Atlanta and the host is EXTREMELY communicative and friendly... love love looooove it. And oh the trap museum (if that interests you) is literally around the corner!

Well worth the money~

While the property is older, it is well maintained and super clean. Parts of the neighborhood show it's age, but the neighbors were friendly and helpful. So close and convenient to everything downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for convention/business people

Had a large group for a convention. Very convenient location. Kimberly was an amazing host and so quick to accommodate! The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because of the location which is in a sketchy area. (Most rideshare drivers mentioned it when picking or dropping us off). That being said, we had absolutely no issues but we were only there to sleep. Will stay there again for sure.

Great stay, Wonderful host!

I had a great time during my stay in Atlanta, much of it was due to my accommodations. The host was awesome. She was always asking how things were and if there was anything that we needed. The home is very comfortable and it was close to downtown by car. I would recommend anyone stay here.

Great location and great space for a business trip

This location was ideally placed for a working trip in Atlanta. Close to many downtown attractions, this space allowed our large group of adults to travel easily while also enjoying our living arrangements. There was ample space for six adults to have their own individual sleeping spaces, which helped our group. The house also smelled amazing and was very clean.

Great place lots of room

This place is very close to the MBS, $7 lift ride. Less than 2 miles away there are craft breweries and restaurants. When I arrived Kimberley called me got me in and stayed with me on the phone and walked me through the entire house. She was great. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but fine, no issues. It’s an up and coming neighborhood it’s just at start of it so there’s lots to be done. I would stay here again.

Beware of noise level from upstairs apartment.

We stayed one night and requested a refund after being kept up all night from the noise coming from the upstairs apartment. Between the tenant in the upstairs apartment and his dog the noise was a dealbreaker for us. As a secondary concern the neighborhood was not good. The majority of the houses on the street were boarded up. I give two stars only because Kimberley and the people that work with her were fantastic with quick communication and they were totally understanding when I raised my concerns over the noise level from upstairs.

very very comfortable stay

Don't let the look of the neighborhood distract you. It's quiet and cozy, clean and spacious. I found my Atlanta vacation home. 5 mins from downtown, outstanding soul food restaurant right around the corner (K&K cafe) House has internet and cable. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to our questions. Big thumbs up!!!!!!!

Awesome!

Overall, my family & me enjoyed our stay! First of all, our first impression was like “ummm? We need to get a hotel.” (The outside appearance/neighborhood will have one second guessing).However, once we arrived into the home & settled in, it was very spacious, comfortable, & enjoyable. Mrs. Kimberley provided a lot of towels and linens, as well as other needed essentials. ALOT of sleeping areas too (😉) One thing I can point out is, if you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend sleeping upstairs due to the neighbor & his dog (potty breaks). Nevertheless, the neighbor, dog, & community was welcoming. My family and me will definitely be back to the Daily Haven Home.

Lovely place, very nicely put together, well equipped, quiet & calm

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kimberley's place, that is very clean, well furnished & decorated, very spacious, secure & tranquil, as well as being particularly well placed for midtown & downtown. Kimberley is an excellent host

First and foremost, Kimberley was a fantastic host. She responds quickly and is on top of her game in making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We can’t say enough about her professionalism. The home is very cozy and well furnished. It was clean and came with all the amenities we needed. Things were easy to find allowing us to settle in quickly. I write this next portion of the review with some hesitation but thought it should be noted. Some of our Uber drivers expressed some concern when they came to pick us up or drop us off. Coming from out of town, we later learned that the area we were staying in was known as the bluff. To be perfectly honest, we did not run into any issues while staying here and at no point felt any reason to be concerned. With that said, the home is conveniently located to many of the attractions the city has to offer. We were never more than 5-10 minutes from highly regarded restaurants or museums. Overall, we had a blast on this trip. Thank you Kimberley for letting us stay here and helping us feel at home.

Great House, Great Location.

Stay was awesome!!!

House was as described. Owner was friendly and helpful. Located minutes away from the stadium, the Aquarium, etc. Kids enjoyed their rooms and my daughter really enjoyed the basement. We would stay here again.

Cozy, lots of space, and close to many attractions.

Kimberley was very helpful from questions before booking to travel and meet times to ideas on things to do while in Atlanta. Excellent communication. The place has 3 bigger bedrooms and, 2 full baths, a main floor, a downstairs with a full bath, bedroom, and a smaller living room. Oh, a full kitchen with most of the basics. We took an Uber downtown, Atlantic station, and Martin Luther King JR. Sites, all $7 or less. I think a public bus runs on that street but we didn’t explore it. Smart tv’s so you can use your on-line services while there. Plenty of space for a couple (like us) or a family. Thanks for everything, we had a great stay!

Homey

The exposed brick houses an amazing interior which really gives you that welcome home feeling. The rooms are really big and you get your money's worth. Although you should come to Atlanta to explore the city, it is always nice to have a place to retire to at the end of the day. The area is located less than 2 miles from the downtown area, so it is conveniently located. The space is more homey than anything, and it offers the perfect escape at the end of the day after you've spent all your energy exploring the city. The host is just amazing because she was very helpful from the minute we booked the house. We ended up reaching the place late, but she had already made arrangements for us to still access the property. The apartment is suited for any group of people (family, friends etc.) The internet does not lag, and forget bringing your laptop for the sake of catching up with your Netflix shows because you can do that in the comfort of the living room smart TV. I would recommend it to anyone. Atlanta is a beautiful city with loads of things to see and do, so go out there and explore, but having a good and safe place to rest at the end of the day is always brings peace to the soul.
