No Pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. Guests arriving with pets will not be accommodatedâno exceptions. This helps prevent flea infestations and carpet damage.
No Excessive Drinking or Parties: This is a peaceful property, not a party venue. Loud gatherings, heavy drinking, or intoxication on the premises are strictly prohibited.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit, and discarding cigarette butts on the grounds is prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any cleaning or repair costs.
Water Note: The unit has soft water throughout, except the kitchen sinkâs cold water tap, which is regular water for drinking and cooking.
