Golden Stay is a newly renovated condo right on Notre Dame Avenue that is walking distance from the University of Notre Dame! The condo building, The Residences, is on a quiet street and is an easy 2-3 minute walk to Trader Joe's and Eddy Street Commons restaurants, bars, and stores. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo caters to travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Golden Stay can comfortably sleep 4-6, making this a perfect location for any family or friend group. Walk down Eddy Street with fans to go cheer on the Fighting Irish or grab a bite at Bru Burger, take a stroll to the Raclin Murphy Museum of Art, or use this as a home base to explore the surrounding area. You'll love the location!

We are a busy family of 5 that includes 3 kids whose activities include everything from music to sports, and everything in between! We love returning to the University of Notre Dame and continue to discover new and interesting attractions right in South Bend/Mishawaka.

After an extensive renovation, we have decorated the condo in a modern and casual luxury style and have provided amenities that we have truly enjoyed in ours travels as a family to the area and around the globe! Our goal is that our guests will thoroughly enjoy the experience and come back to visit often.
