Den gamla bondgården ligger i hjärtat av den medeltida byn Vers-Pont-du-Gard och har egen privat innergård med pool. Det finns 4 sovrum med plats för 8 personer, 3 badrum, gästtoalett, stort kök med matplats, skafferi, vardagsrum och bibliotek. En stor terrass går längs södra sidan av huset med matsal och lounge och en utomhus grill.

Det finns ett extra ätområde på gården och solstolar vid poolen.

Fullt möblerade och utrustade med Wifi, TV, DVD-spelare, iPod dock, böcker, spel och filmer.

Bottenvåning: Entré med trappa, vardagsrum med stor öppen spis utrustad med TV och iPod dockningsstation. Gästtoalett. Stort utrustat kök med gasspis med Lacanche, inklusive 2 ugnar (en elektrisk och en gas), diskmaskin och matplats. I angränsande skafferi finns ett stort amerikanskt kylskåp och frys, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och gott om plats för tillbehör. Sovrum med dubbelsäng 160x200cm (drottning) och badrum och omklädningsrum.

Första våningen: Bibliotek rum med tillgång till andra våningen. Stort sovrum med 1 dubbelsäng (140x190cm), en plats och stor garderob. Badrum med dusch och toalett.

Andra våningen: Stort sovrum med dubbelsäng 160x200cm (drottning), barns enkelsäng och sittgrupp. Andra sovrummet med 2 enkelsängar (90x190cm). Badrum med dusch och toalett.

Barn och småbarn: Det finns en resesäng, barnstol och babybad. Observera att huset inte är idealiskt för små barn i åldrarna 1 till 4 på grund av de stora stentrapparna utan hinder. Vi kan inte ta ansvar för skador eller olyckor.

Perfect Family Retreat!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation home in Vers for two weeks this summer, and it was truly a perfect getaway for our family. The house accommodated our group of seven beautifully. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor space. The terrace was spacious and perfect for our family meals. We spent countless hours relaxing by the pool, which was clean and well-maintained—a real treat during the warm summer days. The interior of the house did not disappoint. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the overall layout of the house provided enough space for everyone to have their privacy while also offering plenty of common areas to gather and enjoy each other's company. The location was ideal for exploring the region. We loved being so close to the Pont du Gard, and the surrounding area offered plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, hiking, and enjoying the natural beauty of Provence. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat!

Beautiful French country Farmhouse

Here for a wedding in a Chateau north of Euzes. What a beautiful 1800 farmhouse. Very tasteful renovated with modern conveniences. Loved the old world charm & comfort of the home. Well stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy the home & beautiful quaint village . Had a lot of wedding events with family that took most of our time while in this part of France. Would love to come back to revisit without obligations of a family wedding. We did visit Ponte du Guard Aquaduct park ! Very close to house& did not disappoint. Enjoyed stroll thru village& shops. Most of all loved our stone home away from home! Debra & Robert Spinardi

Wonderfull villa in a beautifull enviroment

We enjoyed our stay in the villa very much. There is a lot to do and see in the area, but relaxing at the swimmingpool is also highly recommended. We regret there was a problem with the outdoor lighting, so eating and sitting outside in the evening was not really cozy. We mentioned this upon arrival but unfortunately this could not be fixed during our stay.

Traumurlaub in geschmackvoller Villa

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten alten Villa. Viel Platz für 9 Personen, innen und außen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Schwimmbad eine willkommene Erfrischung während dieser sehr heißen Tage. Der gesamte Außenbereich uneinsehbar von den Nachbarn. Die gesamte Abwicklung war professionell und unkompliziert. Superbe mas typique provençale, concierge inexistante

Une superbe maison idéalement placée au centre du village avec toutes les commodité à proximité et pourtant lieu très calme h24 ! L’agence qui gère le bien ne sert vraiment à rien !!! Obligé d’annoncer la veille l’heure d’arrivée, ok, de nouveau le matin et 1 h avant d’arriver !!! On pense qu’avec tout ça c’est bien calé ?! Et bien non appel à 16:15 pour rdv à 16:30 on me dit ah bon vous êtes dejaaaa sur place ?! Comme si il était 11 h du matin ! Oui avec 10 h de voiture, un bébé et une femme enceinte pas évident de prévoir à la minute prêt !!! Au final la maison prête …mais personne pour nous accueillir… à nous d ouvrir le portail et de partir en escape game retrouver les clefs avec très peu d’indication, car même eux ne savent pas où sont les clefs !!! Essayer d’ouvrir la maison avec ses nombreuses portes et serrures !! Ça nous a bien occupé !! On nous a dit qu’une personne arrivait faire l’état des lieux… nous l’attendons encore !! Nous avions demandé lit parapluie, chaise haute, baignoire bebe etc… rien en arrivant … concierge qui nous dit « qu’il va voir… » nous avons dû fouiller un peu partout pour enfin le trouver ds un débarras… le concierge est arrivé 3 jours après nous fournir le lit !!! Ouf ! Heureusement que nous avions trouvé sinon comment faire avec un bébé ?! Bref le propriétaire qui est à distance est très gentil et répond rapidement mais la conciergerie sur place est vraiment à changer !! Concernant la maison, très joliement décorée, les pièces sont grandes, sdb un peu vieillottes et sans prestation, des ventilateurs ds toutes les chambres parfait, la cuisine très fonctionnelle avec le nécessaire minimales pour la semaine. Les extérieurs sont très sympa et le soir rendent l atmosphère tel une place de village avec toutes les petites lumières ! Superbe ! Bémol pour la table de picnic, pas confortable et à ce prix de location on s’attend à mieux, idem pour le lit en 140 de la ch du 1 er ou mes amis ont dû descendre car impossible de dormir sur le matelas trop inconfortable. Pour l’état des lieux de sortie, le concierge nous a envoyé un sms nous disant « que l’on devrait peut être voir quelqu’un! » déjà le message nous a fait beaucoup rire… est il utile de préciser que personne n’est jms venu ?! Je recommande mis à part cela cette maison qui est vraiment agréable à vivre, piscine sécurisé pour enfant bien qu un peu froide… Nous avons passés un très bon séjour

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen.Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Dorf ist klein aber es gibt einen Bäcker, einen Kiosk und eine kleine Wirtschaft wo man was trinken kann. Alles in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die größeren Supermärkte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung auf jedes Detail geachtet. Der Pool ist groß und der Außenbereich einfach traumhaft. Es lädt richtig zum Verweilen ein. Das einzige was etwas störend war ist dass das Geschirr nicht sehr sauber war bei der Ankunft. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen. A beautiful house

A great property in a village that was buzzing in August. A 3-day fête and then music at the nearby La Grange bar kept us well entertained. The house is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped for a family of 8. The only drawback for us was that the fans in the 3 bedrooms upstairs were not enough to keep us cool at night during a very hot week in August.

unfortunately disappointing

We did not receive any check-in information. We tried to contact the owners but got no response so we informed the owners of our arrival time and hoped that someone would still be there to check-in on arrival, but we were faced with a locked door. Only after we switched on FeWo-direkt we could move into the house. The manager was friendly but unfortunately very unreliable, several appointments were not kept (cleaning of the pool, did not appear at the agreed check-out). The house is actually very nice and clean, but unfortunately not well maintained (chipped crockery, pool cover broken, so the pool gets dirty quickly, loungers at the pool broken, garden not maintained enough). The village and the surrounding area are beautiful.

Fabulous holiday home

Fantastic stay in the most wonderful house, with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and super outside space with a wonderful pool. Charming little village and two very nice restaurants. Easy walk to the Pont Du Gard Aqueduct, which also had a great Resturant beside it. Didn’t want to leave, could have stayed another week easily.

Mas de la Rochelle - Vers

Très beau mas meublé avec gout et idéalement situé dans le village de Vers. L'équipe de la conciergerie est sympathique mais manque un peu de rigueur (sol de la maison pas très propre en arrivant, le robot de la piscine est mis en route mais le filtre n'est pas vidé, léger retard à notre arrivée, nous avons demandé un ménage de la maison et à notre retour le soir une serrure dont nous n'avions pas la clé était fermée. Nous avons du attendre 1h30 qu'on vienne nous ouvrir la maison).

Excellent stay in Vers Pont du Gard

Everything has been delightful during our family stay in Le Mas de La Rochelle. The small village of Vers is very nice, Uzes is fantastic as most of cities and villages of the region to visit and spend time, walking around between the old houses, mansions and castles. The canoe trip on the Gardon is very exciting with the wonderful views of the ancient Aqueduc, and the trip to the Camargue wild beaches is worth the effort when you enjoy sand and sea. But more than anything the welcoming house is at the heart of the success of these four weeks of family vacation. We have particularly appreciated the wide kitchen to share breakfast and work the meals. Not to speak of the barbecue which has worked nearly every day! And of course the magnificently decorated rooms have given to each of the guests a place to rest in harmony. The attention to all details by the owners deserves our congratulations.

Hidden paradise in Vers Pont du Gard.

Our stay in the beautiful house was just magnificent! Clearly the owners have put their heart and soul in making this house feel like home. Beautiful decorations and paintings, made by the owner. Everything you need to make a vacation perfect was there. The house was clean and full of character. The little town of Vers peaceful with a typical French market on Saturday and a nice winebar in the centre. We surely will be back. Loved it !!!

We are Anthony and Ilse, a Welshman and Dutch lady who fell in love with each other in 1998 and with the Pont du Gard region in 2002. We bought our first holiday home in Castillon du Gard in 2004 and moved into it full-time with our two children in 2007. A year later, we bought Le Mas de la Rochelle in Vers and lived in it from 2008 until 2013 when work took us to Switzerland. We now live in Arizona, USA but our hearts will always be in France.

From the moment the gates opened at Le Mas de La Rochelle, we fell in love with it. The location is just perfect in the middle of the village and the charm of the old with the great renovation that was done was exactly what we dreamed of in a house. We spent many happy years living here as a family and you will still find many of our personal belongings and touches in the house. It is our home and we come and stay ourselves as much as we can. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

This old farmhouse has been renovated keeping the old charm and materials but with modern comfort. The large terrace along the front of the house allows for great dining, relaxing and entertaining. The private pool is great for cooling down and the sun loungers let you relax to the fullest. The house has many rooms for privacy. And if you fancy a coffee or glass of wine, just walk down to the village square and "la Grange" is your place to be.
