Roast marshmallows och gör s'mores över eldstaden, spela volleyboll på din egen privata sandbana, grill utomhus på ditt val av propan- eller kolgrillar och blötlägg i den omgivande skönheten och se stjärnorna på natten från den privata het badkar på stora däck.

Inne på huvudnivån hittar du ett fullt utrustat kök med kvarts bänkskivor (andra kylskåpet i garaget), ett stort vardagsrum med en mysig pelletskamin, stor plattskärms-TV med satellit, surroundljud och "smart" Blueray DVD-spelare. Det stora sovrummet innehåller en lyxig, designer king size-säng och master badrummet har kaklat golv, kvarts räknare, en duschkabin, jetted soaker-badkar och en stor klädkammare. Det finns också två privata drottning sovrum på bottenvåningen som har tillgång till ett badrum. På övervåningen hittar du ett annat vardagsrum / TV-rum som är ett separat rum och utmärkt för att titta på TV och för barn att leka in, eftersom det har en Roku TV (smart TV) satellit och en X-Box 360. I det stora loftområdet finns också ett biljardbord, extra soffor och ett bord med fotboll. Slutligen finns det två stora familjerum; en har en queen size-säng och två tvilling över dubbla våningssängar och det största sovrummet har 3 queen våningssängar på botten och enkelsängar på toppen.

Gäster älskar att de kan ta med sina leksaker och släp utan att behöva oroa sig för var de ska parkera dem eller vända stora släpvagnar, eftersom det finns gott om parkeringsplatser på den asfalterade cirkulära uppfarten och andra utsedda områden runt hytten. Om du gillar mountainbike eller golf, erbjuder Jug Handle Ranch exceptionella spår och en fantastisk kurs bara 5 miles i österut. Brookdale Lodge är centralt beläget en kort bilresa till fyra lokala golfbanor och ligger en kort bilresa från tillgång till snöskoter, ATV och UTV spår. Det ligger också mittemellan Payette Lake (McCall) och Cascade Lake (Donnelly / Cascade / Tamarack).

Great cabin if you have a big group!

This cabin offers plenty of room if you have a big group. Its also fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our kids loved the pool table, Foosball table, and hot tub.

Perfect location. Back roads to ski hill were 30 min or less.

Our group of 20 easily fit in this house for a winter ski trip. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. We've already booked again for next winter and we can't wait to come back.

Gorgeous Property

This property was absolutely perfect for a large group ! Everything in the home was up to date and very clean, we had everything we needed! The location and view were amazing and we enjoyed the back deck and hot tub to relax. You won’t regret your stay here !

Very comfortable stay

We stayed over Christmas and had a great time! Super clean. We all had comfortable beds. Very well stocked and organized kitchen and nice/good working order appliances. Loved the additional living space upstairs. The prop. management team was very responsive. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful mountain escape

We had three families staying and had so much room we didn't even use one wing upstairs. The cabin has a fantastic layout and beautiful furnishings along with ample entertainment for everyone. The outside areas are just as phenomenal as the inside. We visited during the winter, but we are excited to rent again during the summer or early fall months. We would recommend this to anyone, you won't be sorry!

we loved it

Had our wedding reception there with 70 people and it turned out great, the deck is alot bigger then pics make it look, the whole house was gorgeous! I fell in love with master! And views were beautiful Plan on goin back in a couple months! Thank you

A Fantastic Location to Gather with Friends!

My husband and a group of his high school friends have been getting together for a long weekend of golf and catching up for the last 25 years. They were all incredibly impressed with this cabin and location and said it was their favorite by far! I am sure the hot tub, volleyball court, foosball, ping pong, pool table, and fire pit had a lot to do with it along with the remote location where they could be a little loud! It was a great place from which to access the many golf courses around the area and to just hang out and catch up in.

Beautiful views

I used this Beautiful secluded large home for a work retreat in December. There were nine of us and the house could have probably slept fourteen or more comfortably. It had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. Especially in the kitchen...spices, foil, utensils, pots and pans, serving platters, Even a crockpot! The house was clean and the views are outstanding.

Beautiful place, owners were great

What a great house! We had 8 kids there, they had their own space upstairs and plenty of room outside to play. Just a few miles from the Activity Shed for sledding and a quick 10 minute drive to snowmobiling. we had an issue with the pellet stove and owners came promptly to fix it. They were very kind and hospitable. We are renting again from them next year, even booked before checking out.

Don't Want to Tell Anyone...It's That Good!

Like others have said...it's better than the pictures. Well equipped, comparatively. Layout really works. It was a super great place for the 10 of us on our snowmobile trip. 4 rigs, with one trailer...parking was ample. We don't often find a place we can all sit in one room and this place delivered. An A+++.

Beautiful property with full amenities

We held our work retreat at Brookdale Meadows and couldn't be happier with the property! The home is beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and was the perfect place to get our whole crew together. I can't say enough about the quality of construction and the comfort of the furniture and beds. There were more than enough things to do, even in the winter, with the pool table, foosball and other great games to keep us occupied. It's located far enough outside of Lake Fork to provide peace and quiet but close enough to McCall so dining and entertainment is close by. Excellent Property!

Awesome place for a family stay

This property is impressive in size and function. Our family & friends spent a week here for a nearby wedding and really enjoyed this home. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. It was perfect for the baking we did for the wedding. Baby items like a high chair, port-a-crib and baby bathtub were provided. There was plenty of seating and sleeping space. The hot tub and fire pit were great amenities. Overall it was a very comfortable and welcoming place. The property management folks were immediately responsive to our communications. We would definitely consider staying here again.

2nd out of 3 stays

This is our second time using the cabin and it was all that we remembered. We are looking forward to going again very soon. The owners are great to work with and were dedicated to making us comfortable. I have no doubt that they will make our next stay just as nice as the last 2 times. The cabin is beautiful but also kid friendly. The kitchen has all that we needed. The living room is great for our large group. The location is perfect to get to town, but also skip town to get to the ski hill. Our next trip can't come soon enough!!

Great family vacation home

Spacious home for a family vacation, good bed arrangement. Very well equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer didn’t work all that well, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The garbage cans were completely full when we arrived but management responded quickly and the trash was picked up the next day. Just FYI, if you have little kids the dining room chairs tip over very easily. Overall a very good experience. Actually liked that it was a bit “out in the country”.

Good times

This property is very accommodating,organized,clean,and most of all accessible and fun for all.Thank you to the Frosts for being gracious and informative to our questions and needs.The rental company Cheap Thrills in McCall ,we highly recommend also.Mother nature was not our friend though.That's where the roomy entertainment filled home comes into play with the fantastic kitchen.Don't miss this one for a group gathering.

Made for a great large family get together

Home was beautiful, clean, modern, and well equipped. It is laid out very well and there were comfortable beds through-out for our large extended family. There is room to spread out. Highly recommend the home for any family reunion. The nearest neighbor is a fair distance away, so privacy is great. One point to note; this home does not have direct access to mountain hiking trails, or MTB'ing...etc. It rests in a large lot development, not directly adjacent to near-by mountains. However, it is a relatively short drive to great hiking.

2 day retreat spent comfortably

The brookdale lodge is quite the space! Obviously it has a lot of beds to sleep 16 so very spacious and great for a big group or family. We made use of the foosball and pool table which was a great addition! The lodge also includes boardgames and movies which was a pleasant surprise. During our stay it dumped a good foot of snow and Jonathan came out and plowed the drive. That was extremely helpful considering we'd of likely been stuck. There is also a snow plow that we made use of to help in those conditions. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the necessary utensils and cookware which is a huge plus considering that is where we spent most of our time. Jonathan also went to great lengths to provide us with adequate instructions for the hot tub which seemed to be complicated for my guests however once followed correctly it worked like a dream. Definitely recommend this space to anyone big and small!

Beautiful place but had a few issues

We stayed for 5 nights for a snowmobile trip with 15 adults. The house accommodated us perfectly and was very spacious. It had plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. We could also ride directly to the trails from the house on the roads (approx 5 mi) which was a plus. A few issues ... the pellet stove did not work properly it would not stay on and when it finally would start it would fill the room with smoke so we didn’t use. The garbage disposal also didn’t work properly that also needs to be addressed. They don’t supply enough toilet paper, paper towels, or kitchen garbage bags for a large group so we did go to the store on day 3 for those items. The hot tub needed more chemicals day 4 and they came by and took care of that. Master bath shower light was out. All in all the house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything from cooking gadgets to pots, pans, blender, dishes, silverware, etc. Bring your own foil, wrap, baggies, etc as those are not supplied. We enjoyed our time in McCall it is a great town with nice restaurants and bars and the snow was perfect for riding. We will definitely be back!
