Welcome to Pool Azul, your private oasis in a quiet, family-friendly suburban Suwanee neighborhood! This **newly renovated pool and detached pool house** offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and relaxationâideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a peaceful getaway or staycation!
Although the listing is new, we have consistently achieved super host in our other listing and have over 40 five star reviews. Here are some sample reviews:

The pool has a minimum depth of 3 feet and a maximum depth of 5 feet with clear depth markers.
Please Note: We have implemented a strict No Smoking or Vaping policy both inside and outside the home. Smoke detection devices are installed, and if triggered, a $300 automatic cleaning fee will be applied.

* **No lifeguard on duty** â Swim at your own risk.
* Children **must be supervised at all times**. No exceptions.
* No running, diving, or rough play in or around the pool.
* No glassware near the pool. Please use plastic cups provided.
* Keep the **pool gate closed** at all times (if applicable).
* No swimming during thunderstorms or inclement weather.
* **No pets in the pool**.

**Hygiene & Maintenance**
* Shower before entering the pool to rinse off sunscreen, lotions, and oils.
* **Infants/toddlers must wear swim diapers** in the pool.
* Please donât add any soaps, bubbles, or pool toys not provided.
* Do not tamper with pool equipment (filters, heaters, timers, etc.).

**Hours & Noise**
* Pool hours: **8:00 AM â 10:00 PM**
* Please respect quiet hours (no loud music or yelling after 10 PM).
* No parties or gatherings without prior approval.

**Emergencies**
* In case of emergency, call **911 immediately**.

* Emergency contact: *message via app*

**After Use**
