Great place to stay, excellent location

Condo was a great size, clean, and comfortable. Location is perfect to hit up the beach or the pool and restaurants are walkable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving family vacation

We had an amazing week here staying with my parents and two teenage children. This is the most clean and well organized rental we have stayed at in Marco in the last 12 years of coming here. Everything you could possibly need is available for you from: beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie board to anything you may need in the kitchen. The kitchen could use a couple more forks and spoons but everything else including platters, crockpot, bakeware, etc… We had no problem serving our thanksgiving meal for the 6 of us on

Great view and location

Our family had a great stay for our week vacation. The place was just as pictured and you can tell it has been recently renovated. It was very clean and had a spectacular view. Easy access to the beach and it was a bonus having a restaurant in the building.

Fantasic Property

We had a terrific week at this property. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished and VERY well appointed. It is on the corner of the Apollo so the view was absolutely stunning. The location at the south end of the island is perfect and having the Sunset Grille right in the property so so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay on Marco! The condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable for all of us! Another Great Stay

This was the second time our family has stayed on this property, and it was another great experience! The check-in process was incredibly simple/easy and the unit (and property grounds) were in pristine condition as always. The unit has all the basic amenities necessary for a vacation on the beach, so all you have to do is drop your bags and enjoy the beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets right outside your window.
