+++, OBS- PÅ 8 AUGUSTI 2019 bytte jag från omedelbar bokning till "24 timmars bokning" eftersom jag försöker fastställa om jag kan få tillräckligt med bokningar för att hålla huset på VRBO från 15 september, till oktober, november osv. "VS" får månatlig hyresgäst från
MID september till slutet av våren 2020. Jag gillar att göra VRBO-rutten genom hösten men av bokningar är för minimala, jag måste byta till månadshyrare..ergo om intresserad kontakta mig +++++

Nedanför finns en stor häll med tv-tv på väggen. och bar med pentry. Utanför är däck upp och uteplats nedanför. Sitter på 1. 2 tunnland.,. ny stor brygga för underhållande. (även om båtlift är upptaget men kan parkera på sidan) är huset fullt möblerat. Home är bara 2 miles från 485 på avfart 4 så enkel tillgång till Uptown alla andra områden i Charlotte. MBB är KING säng, en BR ned är drottning med, och 3: e BR har 2 SETS med två våningssängar.(sover 4) Hardwoods genom. berewick shoppingcenter och många restauranger 1 mil bort PS im berättade omedelbar bokning är klokt, så jag har det "på" men att vara 1 år gammalt hus om jag kan prata med dig direkt efter bokning som skulle vara bra. Jag måste vänja mig med den här Airedy- och Vrbo-metoden, men jag kommer i tid.

Something for everyone

We had an amazing week. Bill has a great sense of humor and does not over or under communicate. The home is set back and we had a lot of privacy. There was something for everyone and we even ditched the plans to do Carowinds and whitewater facility to stay at the house. We enjoyed basketball, fishing, pickleball, card games, kayaking, smores on the firetable, grilling each night, the hot tub, and more! Everyone wants to go back. The sunsets were amazing. The house is close to outlets, grocery store, and some great breakfast spots.

Fantastic place

Everything was as advertised for this property. The owner was amazing and communicated well and the property was well-maintained and had a lot of stuff to do for everyone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Outstanding from Start to Finish

What an amazing place, beautiful location, fun activities and oh so comfortable. View of the lake is breathtaking. The owner was on top of everything for us and responsive to every question we had. We will be renting again next year. So worth every penny, a must for a place to check out!

Boy’s Trip

All of the reviews are so accurate this place is AMAZING. I honestly don’t think the pictures on the listing do this place justice and the price is so reasonable. The front yard is huge and has a pickleball court/basketball setup, giant yard for activities, fire pit, lots of space for parking. Backyard is a steep hill overlooking the lake with amazing views and a ton of space for groups to eat outside. Great dock that is easy to get a rental boat to and from with ease. The outdoor furniture is definitely on its last leg but that’s the only knock for this place. Bill is a great host. Super laid back and very communicative. Seriously if you’re weighing options just go ahead and choose this place. One of the best stays I’ve had at a VRBO.

Perfect for family vacation!

This property was a fantastic fit for our family vacation. I cannot speak highly enough about every aspect of our stay here from the location, to the home itself, to the thoughtfulness of the host. Our family will certainly be planning another visit to this property and I encourage anybody else considering the vacation rental to book it hastily. You will not be disappointed! Lovely Lake House

This is our second stay at Sawmill and it’s our absolute favorite place to be away from home. The pictures do not do this home justice. It’s beautiful and so cozy. The home has all the appliances you could ask for. We absolutely love this place and plan to book here every summer, it’s become a family tradition and we couldn’t be more excited!

This cottage is amazing, great view , clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family of 10 , The host was very comunicative and prompt to answer any question we had. Just Wow!

The photos don’t do this property justice! Everything was absolutely beautiful and the space is MUCH larger than it appears in the photos. We were a group of 10 from ages 2 to 70 and there was ample room for everyone. The setting is gorgeous with an awesome back deck and dock. The owner has lots of activities there for every age group to enjoy. The owner was also fantastic, quick to answer any questions we had. The location is great, lots of amenities and activities close by. Only 30 mins to downtown Charlotte but feel like you’re a lifetime away. We have stayed in many VRBOs and so often you get there and there is literally one roll of toilet paper and one dishwashing tan, Bill has the placed pretty stocked, we of course used what we had packed but it was a nice change to see that we wouldn’t have run out of toilet paper our first day there if we hadn’t! Also plenty of blankets for those cold nights! Book this cabin, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed this spot for some year-end quiet time and planning. This is a combo mountain cabin/ lake house. Fun decor with bears and rustic wooden beams you'd see in a cabin, but truly beautiful views and all the fun of lake house activities... Plus all that Charlotte offers close by? Perfect! Host was easy to reach. It was just two of us this stay, but it's definitely laid out for families or a group of friends. Good combo of space and privacy.

Beautiful Lake-house with fantastic fishing!

My husband, four children, and I needed somewhere to get away for a weekend before I went back to work. We found this gorgeous house and ended up getting to stay! My two oldest boys caught their first fish on real hooks (little blue gills) and my husband ended up hooking a monster! A 41 inch long flathead catfish! The home was beautiful and checking in and checking out was super simple. The owner was very helpful and had a great sense of humor! We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!

Presidents Cup Golf Getaway

Great quite getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Three couples everyone had their own room and bath. Our daughter lives close by and was able to bring her pontoon boat up to our dock. Close to everything. Harris Tetter, Outback Steakhouse and many more restaurants. Shanes Barbecue had great peach cobbler which you can take to go. We loved sitting out on the many decks. The view was beautiful. Bill was so nice to work with. Hopefully he will let us stay again. 😊 Thank you Bill. From the “Iowa nice group”

as close you can get to charlotte and still be on lake. 2 miles off I 485. harris teeter groceries down rd and many restaurants and shopping 1 mile away everything new, built right on top of water.. pics are dated.. wil updated soon , have canoe and kayak now great fishing off dock(18 ft deep at end of dock and 3 Christmas trees under dock for "reefs" ) have Christmas trees under doc to attract fish.. back of house faces WNW so good sunset. .

access to main channel of lake wylie / catawba river without having to drive to boonies.. golf everywhere all bedrooms have own full bath. each bathroom has its own unique tile and decor. .. bar was newly decorated with reclaimed wood.. expensive disco light in ceiling of basement moves to the note changes of music. i bailed on it and had stereo and TV 's all have their own independent Bluetooth system,. lot is 1.2 acres.. house was completed November 2017 real hardwoods throughout 2 large decks plus dock on main channel of lake Wylie Catawba river in Charlotte, best of both worlds if into fishing Christmas trees on pylons deep down for "reef" to attract fish plus theres green fishing light and minnow tap to attract fish with food..we have canoe and kayak
