Malindi ligger på en sval lugn kulle vid Bacolet Point, ett vackert bostadsområde med gångavstånd till 3 vackra stränder vid Atlanten och kusten Scarborough. En 15-minuters bilresa till närmaste golfbana och 20 minuter till flygplatsen.

Det är en underbar villa i karibisk stil med pool och erbjuder magnifik panoramautsikt över Atlanten och Tobago södra kust. Boendet består av huvudvåningen med två sovrum och lägenheten under ett sovrum.

En karibisk stil delad nivå villa med vackra katedralen takbjälkar, teak trägolv och keramiska plattor i hela. Den rymliga loungen och matplatsen är omgiven av tre uppsättningar av dubbla franska dörrar som leder ut till en stor, frisk, omgiven veranda med fantastisk utsikt över havet. En idealisk miljö för uteservering medan du tittar på kryssningsfartygen går förbi.

Köket är fullt utrustat med alla nödvändiga apparater. En unik "ladugård" leder till den omsluta verandan så att man kan njuta av den vackra utsikten även när man förbereder kulinariska läckerheter!

De två luftkonditionerade sovrummen på övre plan har dubbla franska dörrar som vardera leder till små privata balkonger. Det rymliga sovrummet har en king size-säng, ett eget badrum och erbjuder en spektakulär utsikt över havet. Det andra badrummet serverar det andra sovrummet som har 2 enkelsängar. Det finns också ett praktiskt gästpulverrum. Tvättstuga / tvättstuga ligger bekvämt intill sovrummen.

Excellence is the one word which truly describes every aspect of spending time in Malindi Villa. The location is a perfect base to explore Tobago while enjoying outstanding sea views. The property itself is spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with every conceivable need catered for. The friendly professional management of the villa by the host is also to the same standard. Always ready to help and absolutely nothing is to much trouble. 10

Good location

Excellent housekeeper. Great pool. Quiet. Needs a couch and tv in basement suite. A supplied rum cake on arrival was a nice touch.

beautiful villa, amazing views and perfect get away

We spent five days in the beautiful malinda villa. We were pleasantly surprised by some refreshements and groceries provided by the owner. The house is really functional and beautifully furnished. The swimming pool was a pleasure with the kids . Every evening we enjoyed the scenery of the bay .

Stunning views, cool breezes in caribbean comfort

First impressions upon arrival were the southing sounds of waves crashing and birds chirping through the darkness followed by the pleasant feel of the villa's dark hardwood floor under your feet (The excellent condition of this no doubt aided by the shoes off preference of the owner John). The anticipated view that had to wait until morning did not disappoint and, although I cannot comment on the air-conditioning which was negated by the cooling sea breezes through the night, I can state the facilities on offer were more than adequate for my short stay. The main reason for my short visit to Tobago was to partake in some relaxing golf and I can recommend few better ways to finish a day of fine Caribbean golfing other than sliding back with an icy drink into one of the hardwood plantation chairs overlooking the Atlantic from Malindi’s wrap-around balcony. All in all the property has everything to recommend it to those looking for a quiet getaway and is within reasonable driving distance of Scarborough if something a bit more lively is required. I can also recommend the Plantations Golf Course on the opposite side of Scarborough bay for those interested in such things.

Malindi Villa is a real get-away from it all type

Malindi is a real getaway from it all type place and ticked many boxes for me in its offering of seclusion, vistas and most importantly total comfort. There are many things to like about this colonial style property but my number one favourite thing I think was reclining on one of the easy chairs on the extensive verandah, drinking rum while listening to the gentle chirping of the numerous species of birds frequenting the grounds; those sounds were accompanied by the sounds of the gentle crash of waves breaking on the nearby shore; even watching the ever changing cloud formations rolling by proved endlessly fascinating especially around sunrise and sunset. Although i was part of a small group, i can imagine even a larger group would still be able to find their moments of privacy throughout the large property and grounds especially as there are numerous areas of comfortable seating to be found. And of course when the time is right, getting together to enjoy meals, drinks and good company in the extensive lounge with its high ceilings and beautifiul dark wood furniture could not be bettered. Although Malindi is positioned in a quiet location, it is closely located to all expected amenities such as excellent restaurants serving local food and importantly to me access to stunning local golf courses which I found very affordable. When a more varied evening was needed the main town of Scarborough was not that far away and provided many opportunties to experience Tobago nightlife. I found Malindi to be very clean and well-maintained throughout and there were lots of little touches like the provision of bathroom shower kits, numerous towels, an extensive bookshelf of books along with good access to electronics such as wi-fi and tv channels etc. I met the owner John who impressed me with his enthusiasm to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I was sorry to leave but I know I will be back to experience more of what Malindi had to offer.

Malindi was everything and more the photograghs did not do it justice. We were not dissappointed.

On arrival we were met at the airport by Neil who is the owners brother who was most helpful. John the owner had placed some supplies for us at the villa to get us started which was most helpful. We settled in quickly. It's so quiet and peaceful with stunning veiws from a very large wrap around terrace overlooking the ocean. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and more some really nice touches in the bathroom sun screen shampoos etc.the showers were lovely plenty of hot water and lots of space double sinks in both great towels big and fluffy and excellent quality the same with the bedding and the beds were very comfy which is so important. The lounge and dining area has high vaulted ceilings and lovely wooden floors throughout a great library of books to read good wi-fi connection and all the latest netflix etc. The pool area is lovely with shaded areas and comfy sunbedsa great gazebo area overlooking the ocean. We had a great time all round. You will need a car however they deliver to the villa and pick it up. If you want peace and quiet great veiws and to stay in a charming colonial style villa look no further it has it all my only regret is that I have to leave. Mrs E Moore Lancashire UK
