The rooms were clean, and the host was accessible, even though we arrived very late. The place was smaller than we expected, but it is very nice. It was stocked with everything we needed. There is visible wear and tear. The bedrooms are exceptionally small with nowhere to sit. The queen size beds take up all the space in the rooms. So, if you are looking for a comfortable place to chill, it is not for you, but it's perfect for those who need a place to lay their heads and go out and have fun and enjoy the area.We loved our stay, and Sarah was a great host.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to vacation here again. It was so quiet, the view of the beach was wonderful and being able to walk across the street to the beach was great!. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Having laundry onsite was good. We went to local restaraunts and every meal was enjoyed. Good communication with the host, Sarah. Thanks for everything. Much needed get away.
View is from front of the condo. So pretty in the morning when the water is sparkling from the sun.

We checked in on a Monday around 530 by Wednesday we couldn't use the pool it was so nasty. They got someone out to clean it on Thursday. The gas grill had an empty tank attached and 2 empties behind it, so we couldn't grill. The pool was turning again by Sunday. Our condo had issues... the shower is terrible to try and use. There is a spot on the ceiling with mold on it and leaking water in the floor. I told the host as soon as we checked in. The location is spot on. But overall the pool was a huge disappointment especially for people with kids. The grill another let down. The unit needs an update. I was told the pool and grill was HOA responsibly, and at one point my host told me to contact a member of the HOA (gave me a name and #) about the pool... thought that was odd since we were just renting. Overall I would give it 2 stars, and thats because of the location.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. When you notified me about the leak, I apologized for the inconvenience and let you know I would send someone out to inspect it. Unfortunately, my HVAC vendor didn’t have availability during your stay. I also want to mention that this is the first time I’ve received any feedback about the shower, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. Regarding the pool, I completely understand your frustration. I personally checked it before your arrival and it was clean, so I wasn’t aware there was an issue until you contacted me. Since the pool is maintained by the HOA, I notified them immediately. At your request, I also provided you with the HOA contact so you could receive updates directly. While the pool and grill are HOA responsibilities and outside my control, I did everything I could to help resolve the issues as quickly as possible. I’m glad you enjoyed the location, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps improve the experience for future guests.

We have stayed in this complex several times, and this exact condo once. We love the Beau Clair. We love the area of Long Beach, as it is a small town feel but easily accessible to both directions of Hwy 90- Ocean Springs to Bay St Louis. Condo is very, very clean. There is not a long list of things to do before check out- which is appreciated. Owner left bottled water in the fridge for us, which was a nice touch. There was a little bit of coffee grounds, but not enough to last the 3 day trip for one person drinking it. No K Cups available. If coffee is important to you- make sure and bring some. The new navy settee is mainly just for looks. No one would relax on it as it is very hard. We enjoyed the addition of the new electric fireplace as we were there in November. There are a few minor items that need repair from wear and tear. The front door/electronic lock needs to lift up to open. This is not the easiest thing to do. Thankfully, the owner sent this with the instructions, but the door needs something done. We stayed 3 nights and it was difficult every day. The shower handle is also difficult and is hard to operate. Pillows are very very thin and should be replaced.

I also want to address the concerns you mentioned: • Coffee: The condo is always stocked before arrivals, so I apologize that this was missed. If you had reached out, I would have gladly brought additional coffee or K-cups right away. • Furniture: The living room furniture is the only change since your previous stay, so thank you for the feedback. We’ll reassess the comfort of the navy settee. • Fireplace, lock, and shower handle: These items have been in place since the condo first became a rental. The lock does require lifting the handle by design, and maintenance has confirmed everything is working properly, but we'll continue to monitor ease of use. We’ve already replaced the pillows and will take your additional notes into consideration for future upgrades. We truly value having you as a returning guest and would love the opportunity to welcome you back again for an even smoother experience. Please always feel free to reach out during your stay. Great rental for a vacation! The condo is just across the road from the beach which allowed us to enjoy the breeze and sound of waves as we drank our coffee, plus a quick walk to enjoy a day at the beach. Convenient location to lots of restaurants. Condo was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Beds were super comfortable. We would stay there again.

It was great I loved the beautiful scenery inside and outside of the property. It was extremely comfortable and access to many things for entertainment. I’d definitely rent it again and the host was absolutely helpful in giving address codes and utility usages. It was a home away from home.
